Sisson & Son — Local services in Rohnert Park

I'm very new to Silver Trading, but I can't imagine the process could get easier than Sisson and Sons makes it. Incredibly friendly customer service, explaining to me everything about the silver I brought in. They gave me spot pricing for everything I brought in, and even rounded up a couple cents as it was fluctuating the entire time I was in. The shop is in a nice area in Rohnert Park, so I wasn't concerned at all with handling high value silver and bringing it in. They also explained to me that they wouldn't have let me out the door if there was anything suspicious outside the door, so they definitely have the customers safety and security in mind. They made this a very private ordeal and made me feel incredibly comfortable with my sale. Overall, incredible service, very fair pricing proofed by the second-by-second updates on their screens, and such a simplistic service. After calling to other stores, I received a quick response email from Michael Sission about my coin collection. I was given plenty of open appointment times for appraisal or buyback. Upon arrival I met Kevin Sisson. Very welcoming, warm and good energy. During our time going over my collection, I appreciated Kevin's honesty, sense of humor, curiosity and his passion for coins.
