I highly recommend working with Karl - I recently wanted to build a new gaming rig that I use for personal use, work and my college courses. The last build I had was one I did myself, however, I wanted someone with the know-how and experience in order to properly piece together my new build.

Karl is more than knowledgeable, honest, responds to any concerns you have, and keeps you in the loop of how your build is going. I brought in my new parts and case, though I believe if you want to know what you should pick out, he would help find something within your spending limit. He was able to get mine finished in around 2 days, and was able to mirror my software and files from my old build to my new build! This was something I would have never been able to do myself, and saved me the trouble of re-downloading everything.

On top of this, his prices are by far the most honest and competitive - he gave me the pricing before we started the build, what it would max out at, and he provided me a 30 day warranty in case anything went wrong.

For those of you who are looking to put together a new build, repair an old one, or just install a couple of upgrades and want phenomenal airflow, cable management and great conversations / knowledge about future build possibilities, I will now always recommend PC Tech LLC.

My experience with the owner went very well. He is courteous and professional and will take his time to explain details on how and why he arrived at a diagnosis. In my case this was much appreciated! I was wracking my brain trying to diagnose the issue myself and only arrived on the conclusion that it was a hardware problem. My issue was a bad stick of RAM that was forcing shutdowns. After telling me the simple fix and removing the offending hardware, he suggested I could go without it, or if I really wanted to replace it I could potentially find it cheaper online (even though he could have upsold me on selling me RAM personally). He even took the time to show me how to remove and install RAM myself (I know nothing about the guts of physical hardware)!

He's technically very skilled in his craft, has PHENOMENAL customer service, and is really passionate about his work and with educating his clients on their hardware. All for an EXTREMELY reasonable price.

Karl was in close contact with me every step of the way for a couple issues my laptop had, and did a great job of laying out the options every time there was a complication (none of which were his fault), all while being as transparent about the entire process as humanly possible.
