Began working in the Rolla area and found this shop on Google. Absolutely superb latte (if you didn’t know, their large includes 4 espresso shots!), quality syrups, quaint and cozy atmosphere, friendly and attentive service, lots of sitting space with outdoor seating too! Fell in love with CoffeeSmiths and they have a new loyal customer! ❤️ The lemon bread was moist and fluffy, with a thin layer of icing, giving just the right amount of added sweetness. I ordered a Raspberry White Chocolate Latte and as mentioned previously, the large includes 4 shots of espresso! It was flavorful, bold and most importantly, was a TRUE LATTE! Nice atmosphere. I've struck out 2/3 times with my latte order. I just drink a plain latte, so I'm not sure if it's the pour or the espresso itself, but they were too bitter and astringent tasting. They went straight into the trash twice. I drank it the third time, and it was better. I keep giving this place a try because I like the atmosphere better than the giddy goat, but the espresso is not quite there. GG is on par with many of the coffee shops I've visited in several major cities. Would love to see this place at that level. I can't speak to the quality of the coffee. This blessing of an establishment is not what you may think of when it comes to getting a coffee in todays fast paced world, this is the cozy spot you come to when you want a break from the hustle and bustle.
