Subway (Diamond Lk Blvd) — Restaurant in Roseburg

They make a very good sandwich, BUT the staff is _? Today I waited at the speaker in the drive thru - NO ONE talked to me.... I drove to the pick up window...no one there. As I drove on around I could see there are people in there... and I'm sure they saw me. I went back to the drive through.... same thing - no one talked to me, as I was driving on around there was a man at the pick up window who said the speaker was out of order. I asked if he could take my order here, at the window... "sure, I guess"... I was thinking maybe I should just go somewhere else. While I waited for the order I wondered why they didn't put a sign on the speaker ??? When my order came, I suggested that but the lady said they didn't expect it to be down...

I have had to call the store a few times to ask for some stuff to be put on the side of my 2 year olds sandwich instead of it being put on the sandwich because he won’t eat it. Every single time I call the lady who answers the phone is extremely rude and gives me attitude before I can even ask for her to put stuff on this side. If she doesn’t want to be polite to the customers she shouldn’t be working customer service.
