RiverBluff Dispensary — Local services in Roselle

Amazing experience. My fiancé and I are locals that watched the building be renovated into the dispensary. We decided to check them out, and we are blown away by the experience. The atmosphere is very unique, clean, organized, welcoming, and really is a place where you want to stay awhile. We had the opportunity to meet one of the owners- DJ. From speaking with him, we learned the dispensary is family owned, as well as him having served time in the United States military. His demeanor, the way he carried himself, how he talked to us was something special. My fiancé is a veteran himself, who deals with severe PTSD. Because of that, he is treated very differently from people who do not understand. DJ didn't respond any differently to him than he did me long before knowing the daily struggle my fiancé faces. He treated both of us with the upmost respect. 1,000,000 out of 10 would recommend this place to everyone. The product and pricing is better than I have seen it from dozens of other dispensaries. Very knowledgable and friendly staff as well. We will be lifelong customers of RiverBluff. Like many others say, the place is a cluster cuss from beginning. Employees out front are not with it at all. Waiting room extremely disorganized. Last two times I waited way too long, to pay inflated prices, but whyyyyyy?

When it first opened staff was mentally awake, prices were acceptable, process was functional. Now days I literally couldn't even give my money away, had leave without purchase and have wasted 40 minutes of my my life. There are other options half price in area. Earthmed is always super nice and great priced. Maybe take a look at how things are done there. Anyway sad to see a business in my area wallow in the mud like this. Owner probably has no idea. Just sad. Honestly they should be ashamed of themselves for what they charge and how they treat customers lately. I was literally a customer since day 1....

. First. I asked if they take debit card (because some don’t, only cash ) they said they do.

Was charged an atm fee for a regular transaction so I could have just used cash in the first place they didn’t tell me about this fee I didn’t use an atm so I assumed no fee?. But fine whatever. Second the girl forgot to ring up something so I was charged this fee a second time(because it was a separate transaction) !!! When not expecting to pay it at all. Nothing major but they should be upfront that if you use debit it’s going to be charged like an atm. And either way they forgot to add something to the order so they should at least wave the second fee. Not impressed. Also told me two things were sativa which were hybrid, I don’t really mind that part personally but some people might in the future. Other than that friendly staff....
