What a waste of $16. I wouldn’t come back and coworkers had the same experience. We weren’t greeted when we came in, waited about 5 minutes to get our order taken even though we were the only ones in line, ok maybe they had other orders but no acknowledgment while we were there. Finally the took our order which i modified to an iced shaken espresso with just oat milk and pumpkin sauce/spice regular ice & and a tiramisu, total was around $15-$17 for a regular size 16oz. The disappointment continues when I receive the cup of milk with light ice literally what it was, it didn’t taste like coffee at all and to top it off there was clumping from the oat milk and coffee and the barista didn’t know why. it was the worst drink I’ve ever gotten, I am a coffee addict and was so excited for this place but I will not return it’s not worth the AESTHETIC coffee needs to be good not just for the imagery. Should of opened a museum for imagery instead of...
Read moreI’m giving 5 stars based on the overall experience, especially considering this was during their soft opening with some understandable trial and error. Like some other reviews mentioned, there was a bit of a wait for my drink, but the staff handled it well and acknowledged the delay.
The drinks were absolutely amazing. I tried the Adeni chai/tea and the pistachio latte, both hot and cold, and I highly recommend them.
On the desserts, the mango fruit cup wasn’t my favorite. The texture was hard and didn’t taste quite right, so I’m not sure if something went wrong or if that’s how it’s supposed to be. I’ll probably skip that next time.
Finally, they seemed overstaffed and a bit overwhelmed. It didn’t seem like they had their process down yet, but I’m confident that will improve as they settle in. I’m really excited to have this coffee shop so close to home and can’t wait to see...
Read moreWe stumbled upon a Yemeni coffee shop on our way to the grocery store — our first time trying Yemeni coffee! I asked for a recommendation and ended up with a Saffron Latte, a Cold Brew for my husband, and some Bee Bites to share. The Saffron Latte was really good, almost similar to Dubai latte I had at Vintage Coffee Shop. The Cold Brew was smooth and refreshing. The Bee Bites were soft, cheesy, and perfectly drizzled with honey. There was a subtle flavor I’d never tasted before. Surprising at first, but it grew on me quickly. They really make the experience fancy too. Orders were delivered to the tables and while we were there, a lady (I believe the manager) went around checking on tables, making sure everything is good. It’s a lovely spot for coffee dates. The place looks fancy and the...
