Clean Express Auto Wash — Local services in Roseville

Pretty disappointing if you ask me. Underwhelmed. Pricing is on the higher side compared to other car wash establishments. Gave 2 stars because of the free vacuums which is nice for anybody who wants to use them, but the wash quality is absolute trash. I took my truck in because I drove down a dirt road and wanted it clean, got a Clean•er wash for $12 and pulled around. Easy to enter the tracks for the wash, and that’s it. No spray down with water beforehand, no brush to get dirt off, just enter the tracks and go. When I pulled off, I used the vacuums which again were nice and had good suction, but I still had dirt all over my truck. It appears all it did was rinse the doors and body, but that’s about it. Still plenty of dirt at the wheel walls of the truck. Two stars for the free vacuums, but I can’t justify paying for a car wash and my vehicle still looking like this afterwards. Don't be deceived by the fancy building and lights. I've never wrote a Google review before, but I needed to after this terrible car wash. To begin, the staff was very friendly and kind, also some amazing salesman. The car wash was so pathetic. The amount of soap was significantly less than that of regular car washes, and even with the small amount of soap, the lack of water left soapy bubbles on my car afterwards. The mechanical cleaners barely touched my car, I had blobs of bird poop on the hood, windshield, and sode window of my car. The salesman made it seem as if the "special" package got a special dry, which I thought meant hand drying, nope, my car was dripping wet and my side mirrors were all blotchy. If you want a good wash, go to Wash Pointe down the road, I never should've gone to another place. I was drawn in by the new building of Clean Express and thought I'd give it a shot....

Was apart of their monthly subscription and after going to the wash regularly I noticed that my chrome rims looked like someone took a wire brush to them, in addition to one rim being more severely scratched.

I made the damage claim and was told a manager would be reaching out to me, that never happened, reached out to corporate and they said the same a thing. Finally went in person and the manager said he knew nothing about the situation, even though several staff said they would have Michael call me.

Very disappointed with how the situation was handled and they simply said “that’s not from our car wash” even though it’s the only wash I’ve gone to since buying the truck this year.

Much better wash and service at clearwave wash on Groesbeck. Or Ace Autowash on...
