Wash Pointe Car Wash - [FREE VACUUMS!] — Local services in Roseville

Awful service... the staff clearly does not communicate. I pay $30 a month and my account has been wrong since day one because someone put the account number in wrong initially. The guy that worked there today said he couldn't give me a free wash ( I pay every month and barely go because I hate fighting them) because it would come out of his paycheck. Are you kidding, you dont trust your employees to do the right thing? So he finally figures out the issue with the account number being off (which I told him initially because the owner called and left a voicemail saying they would fix it once and never did) but it took about 10 minutes. So I finally get my car wash and I'm like he seemed competent, maybe he will get it fixed. Then I get to the drying area and this guy is out here just giving me dirty looks, rushing through drying my car, does a terrible job and then stares at me shaking his head. So i asked what was wrong? He said it took me to long to get my wash and out of his way. I have had enough. I will be calling until my account is cancelled and if I get charged again this month I will absolutely go to the bank and dispute it. I mean, its sincerely not even a big deal until you make it one. Absolutely terrible communication and service. Needless to say.... would...

This is by far the worst car wash I've been thru. I had my windshield wiper ripped off and then it was drug down the side of my truck. Upon leaving I asked the towel guy if there was any damage. He stated no. I went to the nearest auto store to get a new set of wiper blades (truck is 6 months old) to find the damage. Upon return the staff was rude to the point of starting a altercation. I was then called by the owner a day later to look at the damage . He stated it couldn't have came from his car wash and that he has the same truck and washes it there daily, this statement was then followed by " you re truck has rust in the scratches they are old"..( it's a ford aluminum body..same truck he has..) we also reviewed video footage on his camera system and he said you cant see the scratches on the truck.. you also couldnt read the towel guys shirt it I didn't care to point this out at the time.. he did however ask me how much my new wipers cost I said 30 dollars.. he handed me some cash a d when I got to my truck I unwrapped 26 dollars.. lol.. in short this is the worst business exchange I have had in many...

There were three employees with some kind of brown bag and they were giggling to each other for a while as we sat there in the middle of a road trying to get to where you put your car in neutral. No one POINTED ANYWHERE and they let us put the car in the spot where you go to neutral, by ourself. They were too involved with whatever they were doing with the bag and with each other. They didn't acknowledge we were there for so long! I don't understand why are employed there? To have play time?

We weren't sure if it was okay to drive up and one girl said, very sarcastic... "Come up here......" And then went back to talking to the other employees ... Um? Is my car straight!?!?!!! It's brand new. .... What are they even employed for?
