BIGGBY COFFEE — Restaurant in Roseville

I don't go to biggby often, ive only been a handful of times in my life. This location might have been the first location of theirs I'd ever been to when I decided to try their coffee drinks finally. I was really overwhelmed and confused when ordering and was completely lost on what to get. It's really cool, fun, and interesting to have to many options but I could definitely see and/or understand how some people could possibly feel really stressed while ordering and just randomly pick something under pressure, which im pretty sure is what I ended up doing lol. The drink was fine if I remember correctly but whatever it was I wouldn't get it again. I always plan on coming back and find myself looking at the drink menu at least once a week, trying to decide what I would actually get if I went there, but I always end up the same way, overwhelmed. Then decide not to go get anything at all even though I want something I just don't know what lol. But one day I'll make it up there cuz I really do want to find the right drink because they make everything sound...

Able to order online all the order today and got there and the store was closed. I am a faithful every day customer for the past year or so and not for the last couple times I’ve been able to go on the app order my coffee at my Roseville location get there and they’re not gonna open for another hour very mad I don’t have time to go back to get my coffee I have to go to work and then I’m going to go my entire morning at work non caffeinated until lunch I have to spend fifteen minutes to drive to the Roseville location and get my watery old 7 hour old cold brew would like to be compensated with a free coffee or something for all the backtracking. I have to go out of my way to go to the exact location that the app let me order through because I can go to a bank that’s open but not paying twice the amount for one cup coffee because I’d like a free coffee $10 stay there and I’m gonna continue spending money or something advertisement is what makes me want to go back and spend money...

went there this morning to pick up a DoorDash order (gratiot in roseville) and it smelled horribly like someone cleaned the carpet with old mop water. The bathroom smelled like mold or mildew or like it hadn't been cleaned in a very long time and there was toilet paper and drywall dust all over the floor. I told the people that worked there and the one lady who was nice told me she couldn't smell it probably because she was over by the coffee which will overpower that smell, but the other lady just looked at me crazy with a weird smile and then laughed almost psychotically..which I found really strange, and apparently the other lady that worked there did too because she looked at the other girl and said what's going on you don't even laugh like that. I just thought that was a really weird reaction and I wouldn't wanna buy anything to eat or drink from a store that smells like that because I'm assuming you're not really cleaning anything else that you're making the...
