Ordered my food money was pulled off card then 10 Minutes later was told they are our of meat. It's called burger king and your put of meat at noon okay fine since the money was taken can we switch for something equal price was told no then I asked for a recipe then the person I asked got the Manger the Manger came out with a bad attitude right way when me and the girl at the counter had zero issues. So manager comes out straight attitude and rude I said nicely please calm down I don't need anger and attitude for asking for a recipe. In a rude raised voice she told me to leave and call my bank I said I am om asking for a cancelation recipe so my bank doesn't think I'm lying and I have proof was denied yet again. Idk about you all but my bank doesn't allow me to pay for something then when I ask for money back just say okay and give it back with no proof of the purchase being canceled or not accepted but the money was and came off my card but besides that service if I could give negative stars I would. Nothing but issues at this place the manager isn't supposed to be a leader she doesn't know how to lead and besides making the issues right or resolving it she came out making it 100 percent a fight and anger. How does a burger place run out of meat at noon? That job falls on manager for not ordering food and keeping up with stock specially when there running specials on burgers it's all over tv and you can't get any then to accept my order off the machine and then tell me no meat and refuse a refund or a substitute with anger and attitude. I will he in contact with hr and whoever is needed I don't recommend anyone to go here while this girl is manager there. Today's date 11,1,2023 order number was 53 a simple meal caused this Manger to lose her mind and fight and argue wirh a customer just trying to make sure his bank will pay him his refund since they refused. Read moreThrow the entire staff away! I dont know if this a corporate owned or a franchise but whoever owns this BK at this location needs to know that the majority of the staff here wants to get paid but doesn't want to work. The first time I went here was for myself. I went through the drive-thru. The little boy who took my order rushed me. Talked over me and basically gave me what he wanted because a simple whopper meal order was wrong. The second time I came to this location was an Uber pick up. I'm standing at the mobile spot for over five minutes. It was a girl standing there taking an order from the drive- thru very impatiently. Someone comes out of the back and stood there with here. She didn't speak to anyone who came into the restaurant just came to be entertained by the girl taking the order. I tied to speak but she put up her finger for me to wait so she can finish listening to the girl taking the order. Another little girl comes from the back and I told her what I was here for. She just pointed for me to go back to my spot. I told her that I was waiting for over five minutes - she didn't care. I didn't like her pointing and expressed that. No one said anything to me at this place. They didn't say, "Your order is coming up." They didn't ask, "Can I help you?" Just left me in limbo. Then the girl huffed in a way little boys do when they get very angry. She grabbed the order, put the stickers on it, and plopped the order on the counter. Not professional at all. This is a clique of unprofessional, angry, and very immature people. Read moreFood was good even though they gave me something else from what I ordered. I ordered the new honey mustard chicken sandwich, which I clearly stated and paid for, but received the wrap instead. They actually took the wrap away and was going to make me the sandwich but I said I would try the wrap. No receipt was given for my order after I paid. The atmosphere was terrible. There was a woman in there with her two kids waiting for her food. I think she was a relative of someone that worked there. Kids were just running around talking loud along with the woman who was seated talking to someone behind the counter. I know it was later in the evening when I went in, a little more than an hour before the dining room closed. This particular location has a 24 hour drive thru. It just seems the workers weren't that focused and motivated to work. I see this a lot in fast food restaurants these days and I don't visit many to frequently. I've never worked in fastfood before but there was only me and the one woman waiting for food and maybe three or four cars in the drive thru. Also I ordered a meal, since when do I have to go back up to the counter and ask for ketchup for fries? There's no sign posted stating to ask for condiments. I didn't go through the drive thru so I don't know if there is...
