Five Below — Local services in Roseville

Poor customer service. The store has a beautiful layout/setup. However the customer service is absolutely horrible. When you come into the store, there is no greeting. No willingness to assist. I was in arms reach of an Associate and still no eye contact or a greeting. At the checkout there was a gentleman there who stood just stood there . I said hello? Can we checkout at any register? He says cash or card? Again, not a hello or commit to assist the customer. Even AFTER checking out, not a have a nice day or a thank you. Nothing. So I spoke to another Associate on my way out and asked her if this was normal practice here. She says no, "we are supposed to say hello and greet but sometimes we get busy and walked away! I wish that I was lying. My review is to show management and corporate that customers should be greeted. At the very least. Every dollar spent into your company should be appreciated However my dollars spent here at your establishment will be no more. I refuse to support any organization that does not...

I cannot praise the staff of this Five Below store enough. Yesterday, we found out that our family was in lockdown at the store while an active shooter was loose in the mall. Among them were my young niece and nephew. This is a terrifying situation and yet we were sent photos of smiling kids. Why? Because the absolutely amazing staff of Five Below did everything they could to take care of their customers. Offering food and drink, toys for the kids, and composing themselves in a professional and cheerful way. This is the type of store you want to support and the type of staff that deserves praise. Always a good time to go into five below and look around and see what things you can find. They have a good selection of games and trinkity items you can give for gifts or just pick up a little something for yourself the little tiny squish mellow collection is cute they had some new ones based off of food; guacamole, subs, hot fries and more. They even had a license Disney 100 anniversary shirt for only $5 there are some things that cost more than $5 but I hear that they are decent quality check it out.
