Worst place ever! I took my baby of 4 months old here today and It was the most traumatic and horrific piercing experience ever. The girl had no idea what she was doing. First she pierced my daughters left ear and the back piece fell off… they had to get a new back piece and they had to push it in with their hands and my baby was in so much pain! Once she pushed it in we noticed it was so low that it was literally hanging off they edge of her ear lobe with the whole back piece showing from the bottom of her ear lobe! The girl said its not supposed to look like that and she didn’t know why its “sticking out” like that she kept saying its not supposed to be like that and that she couldn’t fix it and i just couldn’t believe her response let alone what she just did! Then she goes on to the next ear and presses the gun and pierces my daughter ear but the gun took the front and back part of the piercing off with it!!! So my daughter just got a hole pierced with no earring and so after they put that hole in her they had to go back in over that first hole and made another hole next to that one with a different piercing gun because apparently their excuse was that the first piercing gun was broken! My daughter was in so much pain from this dragged out experience and i was so shocked and didnt know what to say or do. At the end of the day i spent $95 and her ears are messed up and earrings are crooked! DO NOT TAKE YOUR...

Recently gotten my ear pierced by Kristina whom was a wonderful person. She explained to both my daughter and myself on which size earrings to get our pierced with. She even took the time to process the exact piercing of the ears. Damn good employee, damn good person. The 4 stars are going only for Kristina. The other three employees the short black American, the white Caucasian with the black hair and the other white Caucasian are rude as hell. They do not speak to customers nor present themselves professionally. They literally stand there in that tight area joust looking at you the customer to speak. Highly rude.
