Tii Cup — Restaurant in Roseville

I’ve never had a bad boba tea until now. If anyone introduced me to boba tea like this I would never want boba tea again.

I have been to this location before but the lady helping us tonight is either new or just horrible at making drinks and should not make drinks ever again or be better trained.

Bought $30 worth of drinks - jasmine milk tea, Thai tea, honeydew smoothie, strawberry smoothie, and ube twist. Only the jasmine milk tea and Thai tea were decent and I believe these drinks are premade. Otherwise, all the smoothies that the lady made were disgusting!!!! She needs to try the drinks she made for us because they are gross! If only I wasn’t on highway 36 already heading home to BC, I would have gone in and yelled at her. My 8 year old bought a strawberry smoothie and said it tasted sour and weird. The ube twist was powdery with blended ice, you can’t even taste the ube paste or the taro/coconut flavor that’s supposed to be blended with the ice. I didn’t try the smoothies until we got home, and it was gross. All the smoothies had no flavor and no sweetness. Are we supposed to ask them to add sweetener?

I’d rather go to other boba shops like Ding Tea, Oh My Sweet Tea, or Boba & Tea. What a waste of money and never going back to this location. Only reason why we went here was because they open until 9pm and other boba places...

Bad service, ordered 25$ of food and drinks, when it initially came out I said it was the wrong size, she looked up our order on her end and said we purchased that size. We said alright fine and left with it. Got in the car and started driving and realized it was the wrong drink all together, the person that put it in the little window didn't even know what drink it was when I asked. She just said it went with the other one, was definitely the wrong drink. The girl that made my other drink was obviously new. Had to remake the drink 3 times and when she was making it she set the shaker cup the drink was being made in with its contents in the dirty side of the 3 compartment sink while she washed the whisk to stir it...was also a very long wait. Took probably 7-10 minutes to make 2 drinks and 2 waffle things. I myself have been a general manager and was not impressed by the training, service or the condition of the restaurant, wall paper was torn all the down the side of the wall and it was just in disrepair. We placed an order at 3:11 in the afternoon, and were instructed to be there to pick it up at 3:30. You furnish a description of your vehicle, and they supposedly will bring your order out when it is ready. My description included year, make, model, color, and license plate. After waiting in the lot for 30 minutes (and noticing that several other cars were there waiting also) I received a text that my order was ready. Then I waited another 10 minutes before realizing they were not going to bring my order out, so I walked up and waited outside the locked door for someone to help me. They eventually opened the door and gave me the order; it had been waiting inside. This was our second visit in the past couple weeks.
