Pawn America — Local services in Roseville

Well I've always enjoyed dealing with this business o rice street, spent probably in the thousands of dollars, until yesterday I really felt like I was being brushed off. First time I tried selling something rather than buying. 3 car stereo amps Alpine, Rockford Fosgate, kicker, 1 loaded subwoofer, 4 12 inch subwoofers. They wouldn't even make an offer, straight up didn't want to buy anything..well, i definitely won't be going back in there ever again. Atleast they could have made me a offer. Unsure if Race had something to do with it..I would like to believe it wasn't. After all the money I spent over 3 years of living nearby they wouldn't even make a offer.. Nevertheless I sold everything at another pawn shop 10 minutes after leaving this one. Hope it was worth it to them. Because like I said I was a regular, loyal customer ALWAYS BUYING. The 1 time I wanted to sell something..I suddenly became a stranger...thanks alot Pawn America on Rice Street...

I went into pawn America to see their jewelry selection. They have a very impressive variety of semi/ precious stones, gold and high quality diamonds that come with certification papers. Their diamonds sparkled so much I thought they were cubic and made them go get the tester. I was VERY impressed with the prices and quality of diamonds they had. I had exceptional customer service. I was obviously being very annoying making them go get the tester and pull out a million different pieces. They were kind and gracious to me the entire time I was there and very helpful. I never waited to be helped. Jameelah and Ulysses were the employees that helped me. I was so pleased with my experience there I wanted to write a review. I highly recommend pawn America, especially if you're looking for jewelry.

I also want to add they have a number of watches. Diamond accented vintage watches that go for 5 grand priced at about 600....

Jeff he is the man when you need help he got you especially when he see you in line and need a rush to go he got you with his coworker Martinez he also help get what I need and don’t let you keep waiting for service also when he check you out he can help you with what he can too but both of them won’t let you leaving without answering your questions and satisfaction and make you wanna come back I like the service especially the workers everything is good they know what to do to keep there customers satisfaction and make sure they answer all your questions and make you feel like that your main pawn America you going to from now on keep up the good work and thank you Jeff and Martinez again for everything that day keep doing what you Two do best customers satisfaction and feel good for what they buy and answering all the questions too…all the stuff we bought that say is all good no...
