I'm a little confused as to where Loyalty even matters anymore. You had a employee that was new to your store, she was compassionate to your customers needs, she was Very Attentive to your stores Representation, however you wrongfully fired her by accusing her of not ringing a customers items. This women went to this customer and asked if she could pull her receipts for the date of service, which she did, this women not only provided the receipts to you AJ, and you still were not Professional and Man enough to Apologize for not only FALSELY ACCUSING, AND FIRING HER. Read moreVery rude worker. I go into the store and ask for an exchange for some tobacco wraps because I wanted hemp wraps. Right away he tells me that I am wrong and that they are. He then goes on saying that they don't except returns and saying I should've called ahead of time. I explain that they are clearly not hemp wraps and that it even says cigar wraps. Read moreI went into the smoke shop. I have been having problems with service at my regular place I go to. I walked in & a young lady was behind the counter. I believe her name is Eiya. I will now bring all my business here. I do about 700 to 900 a month in CBD products , gummies, lotions, I am a veteran & need a lot of these products for pain, anxiety.
