Burger King — Restaurant in Maplewood

I've been here several times when I get a craving for a Whopper. The food has been good except for the fries. And the fries don't have anything to do with this specific location. BK's fries really went downhill a long time ago. And you don't even get a good amount of fries. BK's large fries are the size of a medium fries anyplace else you go. But, except for the fries everything else has been acceptable until the last time I was here. It was about 30 minutes before closing and I ordered a Whopper meal and a couple of cheeseburgers. The only reason I came here is because the line at the Taco Bell across the street was about 12 cars long and BK was two cars long. Anyway, the lady taking the orders was not the most pleasant person I've encountered at a drive-thru. When I ordered, instead of asking if that was all or if that would complete the order, she just said "What else?" I'll have a Whopper meal. What else? Can I get a Coke to drink? What else? Can I get a cheeseburger? What else? After placing my order it was a pretty long wait to get to the window and another longer than necessary wait to get the food. The fries were made fresh but by the time the rest of the order was completed they were cold. And the rest of the food was even colder. I don't know why it took so long to make the food when it wasn't even cooked. Afterwards, I filled out the online survey and asked to be contacted by management. All I got was the usual scripted reply that said we're sorry here's some free food. Why would I want to go back and get cold food even if it's free? Sorry, that was the last time I'll be stopping at that location. I'll take my BK business somewhere else...

My first experience was better than the rest of my experiences here. The first time I went in, they were short staff and I had to wait about 15 min for my food, which I was understanding about. The next time I was in was on Dec 16th during my lunch break. I ordered 2 meals. We waited for about 10 min and then the guy that was behind us got his food first. I assumed it was because he was ordering to go so I did not say anything. I assumed they were short staff again so I was being understanding. The next family that ordered after him got their food and they were eating in. By this point there were multiple people that had ordered and already received their food. We have been waiting 30 minutes before I told my partner to just go up and demand a refund so we could leave. The manager apologized and that was it. End of lunch break and no food. My most recent visit was on Jan 08. We went through drive through and ordered a meal and one of their promotional King box meal. When the lady gave us our food we asked her to verify that everything was in there, she states that it was. As we got to our destination, 15 min from BK, I took out the food and we were missing one of the fries and the cookies that came with the King Box meal. I was upset but am not willing to make a 15 min drive to complain. Overall would not recommend this place unless you want to...

This place don’t even deserve a one star but to get my review through I HAD to put a star but worst place ever. These workers are smoking weed while working like umm Hello is this the kind of service that Burger King provide?? Where the Audits at? Watch the cameras these fools are smoking weed and the place reeked like weed!! And added on top I was still counting my money and this stupid cashier just slams the drive through window and walked away all angry like what kind of customer service is this!!! Worst behavior and worst attitude and all workers are busy getting high!! Don’t even look normal their eyes are sleepy looking and right when the drive through windows open the smell of weed just bursts out!!! Heck the food is probably not even cooked properly with them all high and that explains all the wrong orders that all your reviewers has been posting!! Slow brain cells working like zombies!!! @BurgerKing you guys need to recheck these workers and give them all a drug test bet they all won’t even pass that nor the lie detector!!
