If you plan to dine in or order food from the counter beside using the machine or the kiosk machine to order your food. This is is not a place for you. I walking in the front door there is few people waiting for their order. I was the only one person who stand in line to order my food. I left my waller at home and I don't have my card to order from the machine plus long line for drive through. I use my emergency gas money $40 in cash from the car. Anyway when I walk in there is few people waiting doe their food. Not sure of they already order their food from the apps, kiosk machine, or people already took their order. Anyway the moment I walk inside the store. All the employees are in the food area preparing people food and there is Noone at the feont counter. I was waiting in line for more then 5min still no people to walk by. People who work at the food area do see me waiting but still Noone was coming at feont to take my oder. There is this one lady who is already clock out and walking her way out - coming somewhere in the back. First I don't know she is off the clock. The moment she walk from the back or kitchen to the counter or past the counter. You have anyone out here who can take my oder. She was like I can do that. Since she already clock out so she have to ask one of the people from the kitchen their user name or number to log in the cash register so she can take my order. Then I ask her don't you work here or know your number or someone. Why you ask for their. She then tell me that she already clock out and on her way out. But glad this lady is nice enough to.take my order. Otherwise I don't know how long I going to be stuck there. This is around 4pm-4.30pm during weekdays. So if you plan to dine in please don't go to this one but different location please. Unless the apps let you order for dine in or maybe they let you order from the kiosk machine instead of like me who waiting on the counter for someone to take my oder. First time I dine in with bad experiences. Normally I went drive through order of this location only. But someone thay day I end up...
Read moreBeyond Disappointing - Incorrectly Charged, Insulted, and Dehumanize ☆☆☆☆ (0 out of 5 stars) I wish it were possible to leave zero stars. My recent visit to this Taco Bell in St. Paul was, without exaggeration, the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life. I went through the drive-thru and ordered two $5 boxes, two extra tacos, and three drinks. The total came to over $17. When I got to the window, the employee handed me one box and a bag, telling me they had run out of boxes and the contents of the second box were in the bag. I checked, and the bag only contained the two loose tacos I ordered. An entire box meal was missing. When I pointed this out, the employee apologized but then told me I had to pay for the second box. I was completely confused because I thought the initial $17 charge covered everything. It turns out they had charged me over $7 for just two tacos. I ended up having to pay again for the food I had already ordered. After finally getting the food sorted out, I realized I still hadn't received my three drinks. When I asked the employee for them, she actually questioned if I had already been given them, as if I were trying to scam her. She then returned with only two of the three drinks. When I asked for the third and final drink, she blamed me, saying, "You need to make sure the screen is correct before pulling ahead," before finally blaming the whole food mix-up on a "new person." I told her the entire situation was ridiculous. That's when things went from terrible to truly unbelievable. An employee standing behind the one I was talking to called me a "crack head." I was stunned. I told her, "Actually, I was a meth addict, but I'm in recovery now." Her response was to laugh at me. To be treated with such incompetence is one thing, but to be accused of lying, blamed for their mistakes, and then openly mocked and insulted by the staff for my past struggles is completely unacceptable and dehumanizing. I drove away without my third drink and I will absolutely never...
Read moreI have been a frequent customer of this location for several years, but that ended on March 14, 2020. I'm sick and tired of getting home and finding items missing from my order. One time I called the restaurant to tell them they forgot an item, and the guy on the phone told me that if I had checked my order before leaving this problem wouldn't have happened. Excuse me? If you had done your job this wouldn't have happened. And he said he would send me a coupon in the mail. That never arrived either. The latest case of these employees not being able to get an order correct was the last straw. Instead of calling, I drove back to the restaurant and let them know exactly how I felt. I wasn't polite about it either. The guy at the window didn't like being told that he was wrong so he flat out refused to help me. I give credit to the cook who gave me my missing item, and the other lady who attempted to apologize, even though apologizes mean nothing to me at this point. They have messed up so many times we are way past apologizes. My advice is to find someplace else to eat instead of Taco Bell. The location over on Snelling near University Ave isn't any better. I ordered a Nachos Bellgrande combo and they forgot the Nachos Bellgrande. It doesn't get any worse than that. I guess if you absolutely have to have a taco late at night, and this is the only place available, I would suggest driving to North Dakota instead of stopping here. But really, if your are hungry for a late night snack, go to Flameburger. They are...
