Supernails Spa — Local services in Roseville

Wow! I've been going there for a few years because they're pretty close to my house. But, after today, I will never go back there again! The older lady that did my pedicure was pushy, rough, and rude! She kept digging into my toes and feet with her nails and I kept reminding her that it hurt. She kept shoving my feet back in the water instead of asking me to. Then told me to put my feet under the dryers for 15 min. Usually when your time is up, they come and take your disposable slippers off and make sure your toes are dry and good to go. They had been closed for 15 min and the lady that did my pedicure walks past me briskly with her purse around her shoulder and says "You go now! You go now!" I told her "I'm sorry, they usually tell me when I'm done drying and take off my slippers to check if my toes are dry", she just fake smiles at me and says "ok, you go now". I'm sitting here writing this review in the parking lot and they're still in there just sitting around talking. That's no way to treat your customers! Period! Never again! Time to find a...

WORST nail experience of my life - not even worth 1 star.

I got a full set of acrylics, and they were misshapen, uneven, bubbly, super thick, and overall very sloppy. Not only did the lady put 0 effort into my nails, but she was also very rude throughout the entire process. About an hour after I was done with my nails I called the salon again and asked if they would fix my nails. They had the same lady fix them, and she accused me of just not liking the color and wanting it changed. After telling her how I hated the shape and the thickness, she told me that I couldn't come back, and if I did, they would charge me for it. Basically she refused to believe that she did a bad job even though she had to fix every single nail. Then again when she was done she told me I could not come back to get the color changed again. Yes, the color was bad, but the nail quality was worse. Wish I would've gotten some better customer service along side my terrible...

My artist kept trying to convince me to get a shape I do not want and would not drop it, but she did sell me on this gel set. So far it seems nicer than a typical acrylic I get. It was rather pricey, apparently they charge for length and shape of the nail as well. Their color selection is basic colors and some sparkles, nothing fancy. She asked if I wanted another coat and I said yes and she started putting the top coat on 🤷🏻‍♀️ I can still see through the plastic nail tip, that’s pretty weird. I felt uncomfortable, did not want to argue with this lady, paid, left tip, and left. Pictured is a purple nail in a coffin shape.

update next day I was talked into the gel nails as they supposedly last longer and are stronger. I’m not even a full 24 hours out of the appointment and one nail has already broke. I’m a teacher, nothing...
