Tried to schedule the sing suite for my birthday a week prior on their app also this is the only way to book anything. For whatever reason they have 2 suites listed with no information but the age (all ages and 21+) the 21+ was booked for the time I wanted. I seen on the all ages had the slot available so I booked and paid for it I seen the price was quite different so I called to confirm my reservation because it was odd just to find out that it was an error within their system and it shouldn’t haven’t been booked and that the all ages is the same suite that the 21+ suite is and their is no additional rooms. Which should be clearly stated on their listing!! Just said that she can refund me or book 4-8:30 as the suite is booked from 8:30- 11:30pm. It was very frustrating because I had this room booked for atleast a day and probably wouldn’t have even found out till I got there! And I already planned my birthday around the time I booked so I had to make sure the earlier slot available would work like a hour or two after I spoke to her I booked again online for 5:15pm-8:15pm. I called the following morning to make sure it didn’t happen again and my SECOND reservation is actually confirmed. And it happens again!!!! And it was double booked I spoke to a manager and he told me my reservation would be honored and they were going to let the other person know that the reservation was cancelled I asked multiple times that this was true and it was forsure confirmed I was reassured by the manager it would be!!! Later today I get a notification from the app that my reservation was cancelled and I was refunded. I immediately called because no one even bothered to call to let me know anything or that they were even going to do that!!!!! I call and a different manager the lady I talked to the first time I booked tells me it did an error again and basically because it’s the APPS FAULT for booking me once again with the times she’s told me she had available that my reservation was cancelled and would not be honored even though I already spoke to a different manager earlier this morning confirming it would be honored. This is highly upsetting because the only way to book is through the app and you have to pay immediately!! Just for it to not even be honored!!! This was for my BIRTHDAY in a week!! Glad I called because I wouldn’t even had found until the day of if I didn’t call. And the lady I spoke with was very rude about it which isn’t right as this the 2nd time it happened and an error on their end! And miscommunication like why was I told it would be honored no matter what just for it to cancelled without my consent or even letting me know? It was already very upsetting to hear and for her to be rude about it when it’s an error on their end is very upsetting. Would...
Read moreFirst time coming here, I had seen ads for it so wanted to check it out. But staff were not very attentive to customers.
Yes it’s a pickleball place but seeing staff dribbling wiffleballs in the front/on the restaurant floor, it’s unprofessional.
Also feel like it’s very overpriced, $16-20 for entree, $26 fishbowl drink that was planning on splitting with another person, probably would have been enough for one person. My chicken sandwich was on I believe 1/8th sheet pan size, and for the price I’d expected more. It tasted good but portion sizes overall could use some more.
At one point server was interrupted by a coworker and walked away from us after asking how food was. also said that our drink was dropped to the wrong table, if it wasn’t directly from bar to table, I’d probably have remade it/comped. I totally understand it’s busy, but still would have liked to have seen better customer service.
At the end, we were offered a $15 game card per person, but the arcade wasn’t worth it much. A few claw machines, ski ball (but cramped), basketball, air hockey, a couple racer/shooter games, but overall a small assortment of games. I’d have liked to see more games/expand this but will see. If I am doing math right, each game is ~8 credits, cards were loaded with 60 credits I believe) = 7 plays of games plus 4 leftover credits (not enough for another free game, to try to get you to spend more)
Nice to have that added with the meal, I’m not sure if a game card is standard with a meal there, but if it is definitely adding back at least a few points!
I have not tried their pickleball or axe throwing, maybe I would consider coming back for that, but it is good to know pricing before coming back. I also do appreciate the ‘pawtio’ for our furry friends, having spaces like this is amazing!
There’s potential here, and I think something like this could thrive...
Read moreWent last night. Pickleball courts are great, we rented outside and was just as great as inside, we've done both. Bathrooms super clean, indoors and outdoors.. Most staff are very nice. Free bag games and lots of seating. Arcade looks awesome too.
Our food server was awesome... if you go, hopefully you get Sam as a server!
We recommend the mozzarella fried cheese, those sticks were so good. Dipping sauce was a but sweet tho. Caesar salad was good but request dressing on the side, was loaded
However, the main bar service needs work... Not crowded but yet slow nearing 1030 i believe. Initially, she said she didn't have what my friend wanted which is a Truly. And she then walked away without offering alternatives. So i stepped away to figure it out myself and realized High Noon is similar.
So I went back to be ignored again for a bit.... when the bartender finally got to me, she said "what do you need?!" Totally unacceptable in ANY line of work, much less bartender. More appropriate would be (and I can't believe anyone would need to be told this but apparently they do) "thank you for waiting, what would you like?" Or "apologies for waiting", etc. (And she should know alternatives to popular brand drinks like cans of seltzer.)
Other customers witnessed it and also told me service is delayed/ lacking. This was just a drink in a can and yet it was challenging for this bartender for whatever reason.
Recommend to get a different bartender or to add another, at very least a nonbusy server/helper/runner for non alcoholic drinks. Either way, I would be removing the bartender from remotely busy sessions until she is trained up by someone else and/or watched on multiple shifts on her interactions by an owner or manager.
I will be going back and hopefully I can update the bar service to be as great...
