Caribou Coffee — Restaurant in Roseville

Very unsavory experience with someone named Casey who to my surprise turned out to be the manager. Ran over to the Bruegger’s next door for a quick bite, the service was great and professional. Then I went to the adjoined Caribou and ordered my usual Mint Condition. The drink was fantastic and the person who took my order was pleasant and that is where the pleasantries ended. I asked for a cup of ice while I saw the barista making a cup of ice for another customer so that I could pour my coffee over it and for whatever reason the barista/manager became noticeably rude by ignoring the request, then when she brought me the ice I was holding out my hand and she tried to avoid handing it to me and attempted to put it on the counter simply to be passive aggressive because she couldn’t be bothered. I did take the cup, enjoyed my coffee and came back after and asked to speak with the manager… and it’s Ms. Rude pants herself. So I let her know that the interaction wasn’t a great customer service experience and I can’t believe she would think so and it was completely bizarre. I usually love Caribou, but goes to show how one person’s behavior can impact...

I've never had a bad experience at this Caribou and I frequent it often. The staff, Richard and Porchia were terribly inattentive. I placed my order immediately with Porchia who seemed annoyed that I was making her do something. I walked over and stood next to the window where they give you your drink and she was practically laying on the counter looking around. Then Richard was making another customers drink which took nearly 4 minutes because he was gabbing at his friend the whole time that was sitting near the working area. He finished the drink, made the wrong size because he wasn't paying attention and the girl was confused about the drink he made her. He rudely pointed out what she ordered and she walked away quietly. Then he began making my drink, again, taking another 3-4 minutes while chatting with his friend.
