This is in a new location within the Lunds & Byerly's grocery store in Roseville, Mn. It is a big, bright "Kiosk" with a lot of counter space and a lot of seating at tables. The barista appeared to be the only one working at the time i stopped there but she was very friendly, kind & helpful. There was glitch in using the APP which she helped sort out and we both commiserated how frustrating the APP is when trying to redeem a reward or perk. I have heard this from other Caribou staff at many locations in MN and we all seem to agree that the APP needs some improvement. I had a great experience in my stop this morning but my comments here, specifically about the APP, are in hopes that Corporate will see them and perhaps make some efficient changes to redemption of rewards or perks within...
Read moreOrdered a large coffee in two small cups and was told by the barista that I would have to pay for two smalls because I would have to pay for the additional cup and "a lot of people try to do that". Literally was just trying to share a cup of coffee with my mother. At the time I was an employee at Caribou Coffee, but am no longer. It's sad that they keep employees with this kind of attitude that accuse their customers of trying to cheat the system. Read moreWhile visiting this store this morning, I had the new Salted Caramel Budino Cooler made for me. As the barista was about to give the coffee to me, she made a comment that they needed to start straining their coffee mixture. Sure enough, I get to work and start drinking my drink and it is full of coffee grounds and the bottom is full of grounds. I don't enjoy chewing my coffee. This was my very first visit to this store and I could not be more disappointed.
