Edit: came back to say that for the first time in years, I woke up expecting hip or back pain and I just kept waiting. I’m shocked. I carry around biofreeze in my bag it’s been so bad. Purple really is some miracle product. Night two, and I’m just as happy. Thank you for improving my quality of life!!!

Zada did such an amazing job today breaking the ice and being a wonderful active listener. I was a little overwhelmed trying to learn about mattresses online (and I almost bought a cheap one randomly off the internet, but after laying on a few I realize I would have hated what I would have bought blindly). Instead, Zada helped me feel not rushed as I was set to go around a whole store. She listened and remembered what I was saying (even when I wasn’t really keeping track of which ones I was trying because I was trying to take all the styles in.) I felt she was being genuine and I never felt judged, as it’s a little self-conscious taking a nap in public (or talking about your ratty old mattress). She actually requested multiple times that I lay longer and it was helpful to actually relax and not feel rushed or pressured. I was at this location because I was with someone who had a previous great experience at this location, who had convinced me this was the place to go for a mattress. I had no intentions of doing more than trying a couple today but I really feel confident I made a good investment today- the Purple Plus was the best for my back pain, and I could really feel some differences. Zada was so knowledgeable and patient, and their customer service was above and beyond- I was actually so happy to hear there’d be a place to leave a review because I love leaving good ones. There were other workers who also greeted us and gave a quick intro to the store, but Zada’s patience, humor and ability to educate helped me make a decision I’ve been putting off for years. This is the first time I have purchased a new mattress and frame for myself. I was overwhelmed by how many options there were online and decided to go to Mattress Firm Rosedale to see options in person and consult with someone. Sleep Expert Nathan was absolutely amazing with helping me find the right fit for me. He gave personalized recommendations based on my priority for low price/value and comfort. It was clear that he knows what he’s talking about and he even got me a free adjustable bed frame as part of a promotion that went with the amount I spent on my mattress. I did spend more than I originally anticipated when I walked in but given that I don’t need to buy a topper and a frame like I thought I would, the value for my money is amazing! I would absolutely recommend this location and sleep expert to anyone looking for advice and a new mattress. I opted for the free delivery service straight to my door which was easy to schedule, extremely well organized, and super convenient. When I bought the mattress and frame, Nathan worked with me with schedule a day for my purchases to be delivered only a few days after I bought them. The night before the delivery I was given a two hour window to expect my delivery within and the morning of, that window was narrowed down even more and then I received a call from the deliverers with an estimated arrival time that made preparing for my delivery super simple and stress free. We bought a bed on Black Friday. We were acknowledged as we walked in. The store is quite large and well laid out. They still gave full attention the customers they were working with. They did this with each customer they worked with. They gave full attention to the customer every customer they they were with. It was incredible to the see the rapport they had with the customers. From time to time, they did acknowledge that we were there. When it was our turn, they gave us the same attention. The sales person was not pushy, answered our questions, and as he saw what our tastes were guided us to those type of beds. The salesman did do some up-selling but that was very subtle and it was on accessories that we could afford and would benefit us. We ended up getting a great bed for a great price. They also told us if there were any difficulties with the bed to call them. The sales staff was very knowledgeable and they worked as a team not as competitors which is not often seen with those in a commission setting.
