Terra Cottage — Local services in Roseville

I’ve been in before, and nothing really ever jumped out at me. It’s a very cute shop, and the girls are always nice. Maybe I’m just not a boutique clothing type person, or maybe it’s because they don’t have anything smaller than small and I’m too little for their clothes. My review is based off my recent visit. I drove by and saw a cute dress out front. Went in and an over friendly girl greeted me. We chatted for a bit, and I told her I would let her know if I needed anything. I wanted to browse in peace. Thinking I was safe to look around, she came back a second time asking if she could pull styles for me. I told her no thank you, and she let me shop. She came back again, showing me some styles she felt I may be interested in, I politely let her know I was ok. She kept coming back. To avoid another awkward conversation, I decided to duck into the dressing room. She approached me again, saying she grabbed clothes for me to try on… I didn’t want that, so I just told her “thank you”. Nothing fit me, everything was way too big or it was super thin & see through. I wasn’t impressed with any of the clothings quality. I did end up selecting a top, and went to check out with that. The same girl followed me to the register, going on and on about how she had the top I got in more colors, and could grab them if I wanted. I told her “no thank you, I’m ok with just this”, and quickly checked out. I was asked if I wanted to sign up for their program to earn points, but I declined. Honestly, because of the poor quality of the clothes, and that one girl who would not let me be, I don’t want to come back. I understand she’s doing her job, but it was a bit too much for me. She wouldn’t let me be, and never listened when I told her not to grab styles for me. Cute store,...

Discovered this adorable shop about a year or two ago and it has been my go-to for finding great pieces! They have a great rotation of items depending on the time of year and I absolutely love to go in! The past few times I’ve gone in, Shelby has been so amazing and friendly in helping me find great pieces that are both comfortable and pretty! Also, she remembered me, which was so kind! An extra note, the accessories and home items are so nice if you need a gift for someone, ESPECIALLY the candles! Love love love...
