I have visited many T.J. Maxx (and Marshalls and Home Goods) stores in the past few years in various parts of the country, and this one is the most disorganized, messy, and poorly stocked stores I have ever been in. The entrance where the carts are stored is filthy, looks like it hasn't been vacuumed - ever. One of the automatic doors made a lot of noise when it opened and closed and needs to be repaired. There is plenty of empty floor space where merchandise could be attractively displayed but instead it is just empty. The ladies' rest room was dirty and smelled like urine. Even the checkout aisle, which is usually stocked with a lot of interesting merchandise, had many empty shelves. There were only 2 choices of the popular, re-usable 99 cent bags to purchase by the registers. This review is based on multiple visits in the past 2 weeks, not just one visit...

When I proceeded to try my items on, the associate came and counted the amount of items I had instead of believing the amount I gave her however, a Caucasian individual before me gave her a number and she handed them her a number and proceeded to let her go back. When I asked to speak to a manager she was very nonchalant about my experience and discounted my feelings. I hope if you are shopping at this store and you are a person of color you are treated better than the...
