Yala Kol Express - Rossford — Restaurant in Rossford

First off, I love Yala Kol. However, you can only get terrible service at the Rossford location so many times before you finally quit them. I live literally only a half mile from the Rossford location. I think I eat Yala Kol, far too often, however, I was very disappointed in the delivery service. Again. I ordered carryout for the third time and the website says 20-60mins for delivery. Ok, no problem. The first couple of times were about 45min waits. The last time (today) I waited an entire hour PLUS tried to call. No avail. So, I drove the measly half mile to the restaraunt only to find out they had forgot to send it out. Lied to me as well by saying it was made 20mins ago however, my food and children's food were cold. Room temperature cold. The manager kept hidden (if one was working) and left the employee to take care of a customer care issue. Nothing was offered to make the situation better. The employee just handed me my cold food, said sorry and sent me on my way with plenty of excuses on "why" it...

I was on my way to Minnesota and wanted to stop at Yala Kol and get there food I tried multiple times and it was good. I ordered 3 dinners with rice and when I went to pick up my order after they said in 15 minutes I gave them additional 10 minutes because I was driving from Cleveland they didn't have my order ready and on top of it the girl told me there is no rice I had to ask how long it would take and she told me over 20 minutes which I am on a time schedule and I said no I was very upset at this point because I ended up paying for dinners without the main food. All the cashier said was you want the cancel the order I'm like in disbelief then asked me if I wanted another side so when I asked for grape leaves that was an issue. Why take people orders if you don't have the food. Is it really that hard to say I don't have rice right now. Never...

I called in an order on the telephone at 2:18 p.m. and I ordered a salad with Euro meat. They told me it would be done in 15 minutes. I arrived on time and paid for my food stood there until 2:43 p.m. when I told them I was in a hurry and asked if my food was going to be done soon because I had to be to work in 15 minutes. They handed me my food and out the door at 2:46 p.m. going to be closer to 30 minutes I would so the order on the phone. I was in a hurry trying to get to work. I really wish they would have just told me they were very busy when I ordered the food.

Overall the food was good but I just was not super enthused by the service. I will likely eat there again but not on a day where I'm trying to just grab something on the...
