THIS ONE STAR REVIEW IS BECAUSE OF THE HOSTS ONLY.
I have a five month old at home so my friends and I like to go out, get a break, and relax, so we go to trivia on Thursdays. My sister talked me into going to Disney trivia even though I don't know anything about it my friends and I went anyways.
We get to reset at 7 even though it starts at 8 because we had seven people and wanted to get a table, we we're also really hungry. So we walk inside and..
Me: hi, we have seven Host: for trivia? Me: yes Host: we don't have a table Me:... Well we have seven? Host: I guess you could take 2 tables (that were no where near each other) My sister walks in and I explain they said that have no tables ( trying to figure out if we should even stay or just go to the other trivia because everything the host said was snarky. So I was already pissed off)
I went to see how far the tables were from each other and I see a table get up of about 10, as I'm walking to the front to see why they didn't tell us they were gonna be leaving or ask us for a name to be on a wait list another large group walks in and they said they had a table for them for trivia.
So Im extra pissed. I ask if I can put my name in and tell them I'm gonna be waiting at the bar.
We get a drink in, about 30 minutes later my sister decided we could just take a booth and some of us will stand. Fine. Whatever.
SHE COMES BACK TO TELL ME THEY DIDNT KNOW WE WERE WAITING AND THEY ARE NOW SEATING THE WHOLE PLACE FOR TRIVIA( which before was only the one room) AND THEY TOLD HER THAT THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD BE SEATING THE OTHER AREA SOON. They did not say anything like that. They only said "we don't have a table"
And to top it off our server was fantastic but over loaded with tables so we got there early to eat and didn't eat till almost 9.
Please do something about the way your hosts communicate. We talked to two of them and it seemed like one didn't know what she was doing and the other had been working their for years and thinks she knows everything. So the first one just followed suit. You don't want those kind of employees.
I would like to add I waited till the next day to calm down before writing this review. l also talked with my babysitter about this to see if I was overreacting and she said she's had the SAME PROBLEM with the HOSTS! They don't go their anymore, and it had been about a year.
Trivia was decent and the beer is great but it was a mood killer for my relaxing day to have it...
Read moreWe came for the golf simulator along with food and drinks. The Reset staff was great! The Reset food was amazing. The golf simulator operator triple bogey. They need alot of improvement. First their customer service when scheduling over the phone horrible. Poor tone and made me feel like I was inconveniencing him. Also asked to explain the pricing and got frustrated explaining it. Second we arrived 10 minutes early ( had a noon t time) and didn't get to t off until little after one (I understand some people run long and was not really that upset about it). Third we started off and the machine was not registering my swings. Grabbed the guy running it and he said I was leaning over the ball too much. I adjusted my swing and it was still not. Grabbed him again and he did a reset. Then it was not picking up our putts. He pointed to a spot and it worked for a moment. Hour later were on hole 5. It's only registering 1 out of 8 swings. I grab the guy again and he does another reset. It doesn't fix anything. We gave up and just was swinging until our time was up. At close to end of second hour the I assume owner showed up and was watching us swing. Said I should not be hitting off the back ( where the other employee told me to swing since it wasn't registering). I moved up and he said the floor was too dirty ( white stuff all over, there when we got there). Then said there should not be any balls laying in front. Then realized there is something wrong with machine. They were beginning to get worried because the 3 pm group was there and we were only on the 12th hole. He said to just hurry as fast as we can. The next 10 minutes they kept coming back and forth to check on us. Honestly was tired of trying to get the machine to read and all the pressure from them and told them we were done. So the owner started to recalibrate the machine and realized something was wrong with the lights and sensors. He said "sorry guys should have said something sooner"........no refund or voucher.... We understand things go wrong but could have been handled better. Reset staff amazing. The golf simulator staff needs to work on...

I’m sorry that my honest review of your restaurant was taken as an intentional bash to local businesses. It’s good to know that you did receive my email and just never got back to me. And sorry TWO weeks expired, not three...I don’t really see how that makes it any better. I worked in food for 6 years and I’ve never worked in a store that didn’t check for expiration weekly at least. Regardless, I left the review now because we tried it a few days ago and had another bad experience with customer service and it brought it back. Just because you’re a local restaurant doesn’t mean I can’t leave my honest review. For a business who’s struggling in a pandemic that’s a pretty awful way to treat a customer that had bad experiences at your restaurant. But hey hope you sleep better knowing you really told me
I picked up an order here awhile back and they forgot my 2 liter Sierra Mist. It was kind of my fault I didn’t know what was on the order because my fiancé had ordered and I was picking up after work. When I went back for the Sierra Mist the lady didn’t say anything at all she just stared at me for a couple seconds like she was really just annoyed with me and walked into the back. She then gave me a Sierra Mist and said nothing again and walked away. How dare I come back for an item that I paid for but didn’t get! Haha. I was really nice about the whole thing too because I knew it was partially my fault. Then I get home and discovered that it had expired 3 weeks prior. It seemed intentional.. the bottle was dusty and almost hot. To this day I still think about that experience haha. Beyond that the pizza was pretty bad.
