Only rated them with one star because I was not able to give them 0 stars.It all started with the kitchen designer Jamie I handed her blueprints from my contractor that she totally changed costing me an additional 1500 to extend a wall because of her screw up. She was rood to my contractor when he went up to discuss the issue. Then I tried ordering 4 doors for my project was told to order them online girl in the department acted like she didn’t want to be bothered as she was sitting at a desk on her phone.Ordered doors 3 different times receiving damaged doors twice witch I returned to store. After Kaylee forgot to order the doors the third time I called 2 weeks later she finally ordered acted like it was no big deal then another 2 weeks later sends a email to let me know she can’t get me doors. Never once offered to have me come up to the store so we could sit down and try to correct the issue. She just wanted to wash her hands of this which brings me to the managers. Chris, the general store manager told me over the phone that he cannot refund my card for the doors had to give me cash back because of the way they were ordered Was my problem so I have to wait until they have the cash at the store then drive back up to pick it up instead of refunding my card he told me Just wants to wash his hands of this deal again nobody wants to take responsibility that Home Depot screwed up And make the situation right I spent over 16,000 in the store on cabinets doors flooring for my downstairs home project How I was treated, I would definitely tell everybody to stay away from the Home Depot in Rossford as all aspects of deal dealing with them Were nothing but a hassle and has cost me extra money with my contractor because of...
Read moreI had rated this store for 5 stars but removed 2 after dealing with Monty at the paint counter. I am a contractor and part of the home Depot pro referral service. Went in with my wife to get 5 paint samples. It took Monty a half hour to make them. No one else was at the paint counter. He told me it would take a while if I needed to do some other shopping. So I wandered around with the fam waiting. When coming back I noticed two young women Monty was now helping. They were getting samples also. He tried to usher me away saying loudly they aren't ready yet this is gonna take some time. It was then I realized he handed the two young women paint samples he had mixed that we're after me. (Perhaps I wouldn't have to wait if I was a young skinny women.). Even though I spend plenty of money in this store dealing with Kirk, Bill, and Susan at the contractors desk on a daily basis. Anyways finally after getting my samples the bottom of the cardboard flat had wet paint all over it getting on my hands and clothes. Then when using samples I found one was the base color and not even mixed. Like I said I guess if your not a young pretty women you don't get good customer service from Monty at this store. My recommendation is this store is great for everything else, but if you want to get service from the paint counter go to the store on airport hwy. I have never had bad service from the paint counter at that store but the Rossford one with Monty always...
Read moreI had received a 15% off coupon, which I was super excited about, because those coupons don't appear very often. We needed flooring for a house we just purchased and a pallet of flooring was on sale online. It was the perfect amount of sq ft that we needed. We were going to order it online, but discovered our coupon was for an in-store purchase only. However, when we went to the store to purchase the pallet, we were informed that it was offered at that price online only. We requested to order the boxes individually but at the price of the pallet, equal amount of boxes equivalent to what was in a pallet, but was told that they don't match their online store price and refused to reduce it. Don't get me wrong, the only reason why we asked was to be able to use the 15% off coupon. But the only reason why we were shopping for flooring there was because of the coupon. They say that they match their competitor's prices, then why aren't they matching their online store price? The "shift manager" that I spoke to in Perrysburg (if he was even a manager) was a complete jerk about it and cut me off. All we wanted was the price to be honored, just like if it was a competitor. But instead, they lost a customer and a large sale. We decided to go to Lowes which is better. Bonus, Lowes (the physical store) at least offers the same price as it is...
