I booked an appointment to have my hair curled. I simply asked for my entire head to be curled from the root. The girl complained that my hair was getting caught on the jewels of her nails, and stopped doing my hair saying she was having a hard time. When I told her I was unhappy with the results she went and got the manager and claimed I was being rude. The manager had another stylist come over. The other stylist was saying she did not have time because she was with a client but started brushing and teasing my head. The entire time I was saying I just want the top of my head curled as well. They were all complaining because I have long hair and told me that was all they could do. They instructed me to spray it later. They charged me 77 dollars plus tax and called it a formal style, when it was literally the worst job I had ever seen in my life. Very friendly staff. I was in the store for 2 hours. The manager was helping me with perfume and lip color. Then we was talking about day and evening moisturizers . Where i found an very knowledgeable Gentalman in the make up and and moisturizing area. I found the pleasantry throughout the store from every staff member. They had a genuine care and understanding of every product.. 2 hours later after being treated like a person along with thier understanding care. I felt what true customer care. Feels like in this fast pace world. They made me feel like they were my best friends. Unexplained every single product in detail. What a wonderful experience and I will definitely back. I followed a stylist there at Ulta. Jailynn. She is just great!!!! She spent a lot of time on my hair to create the vision I wanted, this young lady is just so knowledgeable in all the products of hair that Ulta carries and is just amazing at all the 180 fold she did on my super long hair!! She has great feedback and takes her time and makes you feel so special and so pretty the whole time. Afterwards, I was approached by other sales ladies who showed me products that I never knew existed and of course I bought way to much..but I will most definitely use! I can now bring the salon experience home with me..also thanks to the manager on hand who was very uplifting...WILL...
