Tokyo Express — Restaurant in Ohio

Ordered 2 diff ramen dishes. (As well as a couple other items). Neither ramen tasted nor smelled rt. I didnt say anything until my dining companion did. I approached them to let them NICELY know we wanted to share info as we woukdnt be eating it and advised them to check their ingredients something didnt taste nor amell correct. The noodles werre off. The little lady crossed her arms and said we have been making it this way for 5 years and never once a complaint so there is nothing wrong. I said, in restaraunt business there are always complaints and I am am sure there were others. So thanks for listening but we won't be back. Not once was there a sorry you didn't like or or enjoy it nor a thought crossed to reimburse even a portion of $ spent. Therefore, let me state, we were NOT impressed w food NOR customer service. Will not be back. Highly recommend you do NOT stop by. That's the nicest...

Not sure how this place has 4.6 stars. Maybe their sushi is 4.6 but I just ordered the Hibachi steak teriyaki and was greatly disappointed. At least 1/4 of the steak was gristly and too tough to chew. The fried rice had no veggies whatsoever and the only veggie included with the teriyaki was Chinese cabbage (Two small stalks of broccoli were hiding in there.) My order was delivered with one plastic fork (no wrapper or covering on the fork) and no napkins. I had to tear the "steak" apart with my teeth and hands. Hope your experience is...

I give two stars because I feel this restaurant was lazy in making the ramen correctly. The sushi rice was not really sushi rice, they just used regular cooked rice. I had the ramen chicken and the picture shown in the restaurant is dark chicken breast cut in long strips. When I got it, my chicken was hibachi chicken and the vegetables were hibachi veggies... definitely not ramen. Everything was only pepper powder flavor... disappointed ☹️ Please don't sell ramen if you can't make it correctly...just name it hibachi chicken...
