Atmosphere: When you walk in there’s no space at all for people to exit the building so people have resorted to pushing and shoving their way out. The music is super loud and you can’t hear yourself think, let alone hear anyone trying to converse with you.
Service: It took around 20 minutes for Rose, our server, to come to the table and offer drinks. When the drinks arrived, I noticed that my drink had no flavor to it and asked Rose to check the machine. Rose took the drink back, and returned to the table and said that they were out of the drink I requested, so I asked for a water instead. When she came back with the water, she cleared the plates without offering more of the unlimited fries, dessert, the check, anything..so we sat at the table for 15 minutes waiting on Rose to return so we could ask for the check. After receiving the check, Rose told us to take our time, although we had the checks and method of payment in hand, the plates were cleared, and were clearly ready to pay and leave. When I looked at the check, I noticed that Rose had charged me for the drink I didn’t drink because they were out of it. So I was charged $3.49 for a glass of water? Rose was incredibly flighty and inattentive the entire time and was not stopping at the table to answer our questions, but was more than happy to give her attention to the other table behind us.
As for the food, we both ordered our burgers with no pink and received almost rare cooked burgers and soggy fries that had either been sitting out for a while or hadn’t been drained when exiting the fryer basket. The fondue cheese had clearly been sitting under the heat lamp for some time because it had a waxy film over the top.
I’m disappointed because we often find ourselves in the area and would have visited again if there was anything we found worth...
Read moreI just want to start by saying our waitress was fantastic! She was the best server we have had in a long time. But getting here and getting sat was awful. We get here at 5:30 and got quoted 30-40 minutes which was fine. We waited in the car and gave a number for them to text or call when our table was ready. They told us to come in and check before our time was up just in case something opened. We came in at 6:00 to check on our name. They said they called the name multiple times. I never got a text or a call. Originally we had requested this particular server because we have had her before. I had double checked that we were getting her section and they said yes. Then after 5 minutes they sit us and another server comes over to our table. I go to the front to tell them they had sat us incorrectly and then the manager proceeded to tell me with an attitude we were going to have to wait another 20 minutes for the servers section or just sit where we were.I had said multiple times that I wanted this serves section but they still were disrespectful and rude about THEIR mistake. And to make things worse we get in the right table, it’s a mess. Trash still all over the table , plates were dirty and so was silverware. I love this server we had so we will be coming back but not for a...

I recently visited the new Red Robin in Rossford, Ohio, with the intention of enjoying some drinks at the bar and soaking in the atmosphere. I have to say, the experience exceeded my expectations. The service was impeccable, and the bartenders showcased impressive knowledge.
Despite a recent one-star Google review that caught my attention, I witnessed a vibrant and hardworking staff. The servers were hustling with smiles, even in the midst of a bustling crowd. It's disheartening to see negativity when it's evident the team is putting in their best effort.
Personally, my time there was fantastic. The food and drinks were top-notch, and the bartenders' expertise added an extra layer to the experience. The lively energy in the room, despite it being packed, created an ecstatic vibe.
In the spirit of supporting a new establishment, I believe a bit of understanding is crucial. Starting a business comes with its challenges, and hiccups are inevitable. I encourage patrons to cut some slack for the learning curve.
Overall, I had a wonderful time, and I'm genuinely excited to see the Red Robin in Rossford thrive. The high standards they've set already indicate a promising future for this establishment. Let's focus on the positive and allow this new venture the...
