Horrible experience. Considering canceling my service over the employees at this location. They do not know important information to do their jobs. I pre-ordered the new s22 ultra, had it delivered to the store because I worried it may have been stolen off my porch. Got notification that it was delivered today and went to pick it up. I was told they would not give it to me until Friday. First of all, it is a federal offense to prohibit or delay someone of mail that belongs to them. This phone was sent in my name to this address. The manager not only was rude and did not know how to do his job, but then hung up on me. I had to call another location and speak to a manager who was amazing for them to call and tell the manager how to do his job. I had to go back into this location and threaten go call the authorities if they did not give me my phone. I will never do business at this location at all. Higher leadership needs to get involved for further training at this store.
Update.. so upon further research reached out to Samsung representative for this location. He stated he never nor did sumsung advise him not to give people their pre-order phones. The only phones he was unable to release to the general public was store inventory until the official release date. Will never deal with this location again. I went in and paid for my upgrade, walked out with no phone due to a payment processing issue on there end, but yet the exact cost to upgrade my phone still came out of my bank account. Came back next two days(I live an hour away) still having issues. Then Tim the sales rep that handled my account stated my account is now frozen and does not understand what happened. This happened on 8/12/18 and a week later of calling up to the store; Tim still has no clue what’s going on with my account and his manager Steven bluntly telling me he had no knowledge of this transaction. Steven said I’ll just have to wait until Tim contacts me. The sale rep never called. Steven the manager can’t help me then finally tells me on 8/21/18 to call 611 if I can’t wait until his employee returns to work later in the week. Meanwhile 611 was able to access my account and tell me exactly what he did. Bottom line I rather sit on the phone with an out of state rep then ever step foot back in that SH*TY...

Was promised a relatively low monthly price, only to find out that additional fees and charges were added without being informed. One of the charges was a 35$ signup fee, which was not once mentioned by the salesperson. Another was insurance which I didn't consent to and had to cancel myself after noticing the extra charge. The employees earn commission based on the sale and conveniently don't give you a written bill or cost breakdown before making it official. So, when the bill is higher than what was promised, it is the customers word against the employees. It is sad, because when I was in the store there were mostly elderly people, who didn't seem particularly tech savvy and just went with what the salesperson was telling them.
