Took my nephew up here to get his hair cut. This is located inside of WALMART in belle vernon. My nephew, from out of state, had not had a hair cut since probably Last summer when he visited. So he had a Whole head of hair, actually it almost resembled a Mullet! I called ahead and made the appointment. They were able to see him just 2hr after I called. The place was pretty packed, there were Lots of ppl just standing around, or sitting around waiting. There was only maybe 3 stylists there, even tho they have lots of chairs and stations. The stylist we were scheduled with was very kind. Had way too much energy, she hardly could sit still. Lol. But she was good with my Nephew whose 13y old. A few things, and the reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5, was I think they stylist here are pretty Basic when it comes to their talents. My nephew wanted 3 simple zig zag lines on the side of his head, into the fade like the kids are doing these days. And the stylist couldn't do it. She did ask one of her other coworkers to do the lines, which that stylist said she could do a basic 3 lines on the side. But couldn't do the simple zigzag pattern. Another thing, was the lady who cut his hair, it didn't look anything like the photo he showed them. NOT EVEN ALITTLE!! She basically cut all the length off the top and faded it super short on the sides! The picture was very long hair on the top, and a long fade on the sides. They haircut didn't look bad, its just not anywhere close to what he was asking for. Another thing was, she was finished with his cut in 10 min. But then we had to wait another half hour for the other lady to come over n put the 3 little lines in his fade, which took a whole 2 min. And my only other complaint would be it cost 27$ plus tip!! So it was $32 total for her to cut a 13 yr olds hair off. I could have taken him to a proper Barber if u was going to spend that much! Probably wouldn't take the kids back here, def...

I booked an appointment the day before for my fiance And I and the didn't book him when we got there, the stylist seemed to be all over the place, doing the wrong thing for my hair and when I remind her for the 5th time that is this part of the cutting process and I couldn't understand what she mentioned by a press, she quickly threw my hair down and very hastily only trimmed my hair and she did the tiniest amount possible.When they didn't cut my fiancee hair and I told them he was book same time as me the stylists gave us issues, insulting me that I wasn't basically "black enough" to know the term she was doing on my hair, and they refused to service because I had gotten upset that she didn't do my hair the way I paid for and ignored him. She got two other people's job wrong as well. I do not recommend going to this salon and the literally took my money for...

Kory is very good at what she does. Even though I just go for a beard trim and hair cut (I get it buzzed off due to balding), she does not go the easy route and call it quits. She makes sure that every aspect of my beard is on point and extra "crispy". She also moisturizes my cue ball aka scalp, and also wraps a warm moist towel around my face for extra spa treatment feeling.
