Wingstop — Restaurant in Rostraver Township

Ok so im going to start off by saying this place was PACKED which is going to affect this review. I started off ordering online and the website said 50 to 63 minutes. OK fine they are new and busy. I get there and the lobby is so full you cant get in and people are saying they are being told to add 30 to 45 minutes onto the time they tell you. I leave and come back. Food is absolutely cold and soggy. The boneless bites were still fire though. The fries not so much. The tasted like they were not even fully cooked. The staff was busting their butts off and this is in NO WAY a knock on them. In my opinion the website should do a better job at estimating a time, especially during grand openings. My opinion is if you want FRESH HOT food then DO NOT order right now until things calm down. We ate at another location last week due to this one being closed and the food no lie was a 12/10. It was THAT good. And this store will get there and I will again modify this review when that happens. I would not have ordered if I had know it was going to be an hour and 45 minutes. An hour ok. Thats about the most I would have waited. They stopped taking orders at 6pm even though they dont close until midnight. Does that mean people were waiting 6 hours to get food? I ordered food for my family, they were very busy, but prompt, professional, and considerate. The ladies at the counter were on top of it. Giving updates on people's orders, being honest about wait times, and friendly. The taller guy who im assuming is the GM or shift manager was also on top of things. Double checking people's orders before they were out the door. As someone who regularly gets messed up orders or items missing from other places. It was refreshing to get exactly what I ordered, how I ordered it. The food was good, flavorful, and cooked correctly. My kids all liked it, which is always a bonus. What a crowd! Shame on the few older people I saw there yelling at staff because of the long wait. The staff was friendly and professional, they got the orders out the best they could and did not lie about how long the wait would be.

The lemon pepper wings were delicious. So much lemon flavor packed in! The garlic parmesan was a little disappointing, dry and bland. They also have one of the best ranch dressing I've tried.

Overall a good value for your money and some tasty chicken. So glad to have a new restaurant...
