Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Rostraver Township

The food needs to be hot when people pick it up. The correct items that are ordered need to be included in the order and not forget things either (for example dipping sauces and icings.) I ordered one of the party box things that is supossed to include a pizza, breadsticks or breadsticks with cheese and marinara dipping sauce, and cinnamon sticks with icing for dipping. My pizza i had ordered with pepperoni and i received a plain cheese pizza with no pepperoni on it i ordered breadsticks with cheese in which i had to pay extra for because of the cheese, im guessing, those were correct but cold and the cinnamon sticks that come with it that are supossed to have an icing dipping sauce with it which i did not receive and i also paid extra for another cream cheese icing dipping sauce (that normally comes with the cinnamon rolls when someone orders them) that i did not recieve either. So to recap the entire box of food was cold when i picked it up there was supossed to be pepperoni on the pizza and there was not which i paid extra for and there was supossed to be icing with the cinnamon sticks which there was not and there also was supossed to be an extra cream cheese icing dipping sauce that i paid extra for as well and it was not there either. Pizza Hut u need to do better i usually do not have any problems with you and if i ever do its usually something small or stupid or delivery takes forever to get there but this time it was like everything went wrong and i think this time it needs to be...

I'm on a temporary boycott of this particular Pizza Hut. I hope when/if I use this place again that it does not equal a complete boycott and 1 star.

They should possibly not have delivery. My last few experiences with delivery were horrible. Last time, I called to ask about delivery times and was told they were about 2 hours behind, so it would be about 3 hours. I ordered Dominos instead. The time before I ordered online. I receive a call that it would be about 5 hours. I had to go pick up my order with a 5 dollar discount. Oddly enough my friend who lives in belle Vernon was able to receive delivery in about 35 minutes. My neighbor down the street also had to do a pick up. We all ordered within 15 minutes of each other. The time prior they forgot part of my order. I never recieved it. I told I could come and pick it up from their store. I was not about to go do that. So basically, out of money.

The bill Vernon area Pizza Hut. This is the third time I tried to order from them. And there system, the ordering is messed up very bad. So I just ordered two large pizzas breadsticks, so does wings, brownies, cinnamon buns. Breadsticks. Cheese sticks. I forgot the girl's name but honestly she's working right now and I called and placed the order. And it still was messed up, how many times do you have to call or put an order in? And I'm messing up, I will not ever order from Pizza Hut again and bell Vernon, PA ever who the people they have working up there, answering the phones. For your orders, I don't know what they're doing, but i won't ever order from Pizza Hut? In belburn and PA again, ever, they need to get new people working there 'cause they all keep messing app people's orders, they need to get their business straight or get new people working there to answer the phones and take your orders.
