Several years ago during a home remodel, my wife and I decided we were tired of dealing with the problems and maintenance associated with mid-grade kitchen appliances. So we began our search for a dealer of high-end kitchen appliances, but there were none in our town. On a road trip 2 hours from home, we stumbled across Bush Appliances in Roswell NM. We dropped in, and were politely greeted by the owner, James. After introducing ourselves, and explaining our desire for high-end kitchen appliances. James offered to help us with our remodel design and construction goals. He assured us, even though he didn’t have every model available in store, he could get anything offered by our preferred manufacture. Several months later we placed our order. We worked very closely with James throughout the construction phase of the remodel. James was always there to lend guidance, and make recommendations to ensure our home was properly configured to accommodate the new appliances. Eventually when it was time to install the appliances, James and his crew arrived on site and began the install. Despite all of the prior planning and coordination, there was an aspect of the remodel that had been neglected by our remodel contractor. James made a few calls, and had the required tradesmen on site within an hour. Problem solved, and appliances installed. Total Win. During casual conversation with James, I mentioned I was also thinking about installing garage cabinets. James offered to do the job, and I placed a cabinet order several months later. Sometimes life gets in the way, and it was almost 1 year after I placed the cabinet order that we were able to coordinate a firm date for the install. It only took 1 day for the guys to install the cabinets. No problems whatsoever. During the year between the order and the install, James patiently stored all the cabinets in his warehouse, and never complained or charged a storage fee. Very accommodating. Very generous. Nothing is perfect, and I have had to contact James about a few problems with the appliances. James was always there to offer guidance and was willing to do what was necessary to make things right. He even purchased a replacement part for one of the appliances for something that was clearly a manufacturing defect, but not covered by warranty. The cost for the replacement part and repair was entirely at James expense. Standing behind his sales 100%. I also discovered a manufacturing defect on a workbench that was part of the garage cabinet installation. After contacting James, he assured he would make it right. A couple photos and a few weeks later, the defective workbench was removed, and replaced with a new one. Bush Appliances coordinated everything with the cabinet manufacturer. All I had to do is accept delivery. It doesn’t get much easier than that. My wife and I are VERY grateful to James and the entire crew at Bush Appliances. They are an outstanding group of dedicated professionals who bend over backwards for the customer. Everyone is courteous and polite, and I always feel like I’m talking to my friends, not just business associates. I highly recommend Bush Appliances in Roswell NM. Exceptional service from exceptional people. Simply outstanding from start to finish. Thank...
Read moreMy client bought a reverse osmosis from Home Depot and went into Bush Appliances to buy connectors. The sales person there ended up convincing her that their reverse osmosis is better and has a better warranty than the one she bought, so she returned the Home Depot one and bought another from Bush Appliances. When they came to install it, she noticed they didn’t change the faucet. This was later confirmed by both me and her grandson. My client reached out and expressed her concerns multiple times only to get told they changed the faucet. She has received no help and and has had that system for a little over a year. She had the filters changed out recently, and about three weeks ago it began screaming at her. She wasn’t able to use it and It took Bush Appliances three weeks to come out and fix it. Their RO guy, Chris, said the system was fixed, but there is still no water pressure. My client confronted him about changing the faucet as well and he said that he could not change the faucet and a plumber was need to do so. This only proves that the faucet was never changed out. My client called today to speak with the manager, but talked to Chris instead, about the service fee she was charged and the still unfixed problems that were supposed to be fixed yesterday. In response to her issues he reacted disrespectful and rude towards her and he also hung up on her. So she called right back to speak with the manger James king who didn’t help with the problem and disregarded all that she was saying also being rude and disrespectful and is calling her a lier since then he has blocked her number so she can’t all to get this problem fixed. So she has gotten nowhere in fixing the problem and getting the issues fixed. I would not recommend wasting your money at this company because they do not have respect for their customers or on honor them when an issue arises. If I could give no stars I would but it makes you leave at least one star. I myself have witnessed a bad business that this company has given and would not recommend them to anyone. I will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau to report...
Read moreBought a new Frigidaire dishwasher along with several other appliances from Bush Appliance during our kitchen remodel. Dishwasher prongs were ALL rusting on the tops after only 3 months of use. Called the store and was told first by one of the employees that I had purchased a "base" model with low end components and that was the issue. When that didn't go over well with me I was then told that the hard water in town was also to blame, even though we have a water softener and have never had an issue like this before. I then asked why this never happened with our previous dishwasher, which was a GE, and was told again that I purchased a "base" model and the components are not as durable. When I could see I would get nowhere with this person's reasoning I asked for the owner, Ray, to call me back. Mr. Bush also gave me the same story, but said he would replace our dishwasher racks. Replacement racks did the exact same thing three months after replacing them. Called Bush Appliance again and asked for a more permanent solution to this recurring problem. Was told that they would let the Frigidaire rep see pics of the second set of racks since I had taken them into the store. Heard nothing back. After 9 months trying to get a satisfactory solution to this issue with zero luck I will take my business elsewhere. As a temporary solution I bought caps to go over the rusting prong tips, but now can see that rust is showing up in other places. This is a substandard, defective product independent of whether or not it was a "base" model and should have never been sold in the first place, and I should have been refunded or allowed to exchange for a different brand when the issue continued after replacing the first set of racks. Instead I have a faulty product and no long-term solution other than to purchase a new dishwasher. Will take my...
