Corporate you are failing your locations. Your outsourced call center & order systems are broken. It’s Halloween you should be prepared. I order from this establishment nearly every Friday with no issues, but the level of bad from this one experience deserves the abysmal rating of one star bc these poor people trying to run a restaurant need you to get your act together. I ordered at 12pm on Halloween day via the app for 5pm pick up. I know this may be your absolute busiest day of the year- but when I arrived and waited in a 10 min line I was told it would be ready in 45 minutes. I had a bad feeling so checked in 10 min later and was just told over and over “it’s not on the board.” I had a pretty bad feeling If I waited it would be 2 hours, and 45 min was a desperate lie or educated guess so I cancelled. I witnessed other customers have similar experiences and your minimum wage paid tellers don’t have the experience to handle this level of failure. There was a guy there who was more senior and could handle it better than “your order isn’t ready” over and over. It was very clear the restaurant was working as hard & fast as they could and it was the systems and process that over committed them. This happened to me last May for my child’s kindergarten graduation, this time the call ctr confirmed the order for a time the restaurant couldn’t make it (1130 am) and everyone was expecting me to bring lunch.
YOUR SYSTEMS and process to receive orders from the restaurant have MAJOR FLAWS and they have the opportunity to absolutely ruin someone’s day and disappoint a lot of people with failed orders. Corporate please don’t fail them this way again esp for Halloween!!! I honestly left the store crying bc so many ppl were depending on me. Both times Chick fil a saved the day and fed the lot of hungry kids...

I had delivery on the first order and they sent the wrong order. My picky kids would not eat it. 🤦♀️. They refunded my money after a lengthy phone call. Second time was a pick up. 45 minute wait for pick up. Got to the store at one hour and they told me 15 more minutes. Standing here as I write this. Everyone out here is very frustrated. THREE TIMES now I have placed an online order for a 6:30pm Carry-out time… and I've placed these orders each time at 4:00pm. So 2.5 hours in advance and they still cannot fulfill the order on-time. On each occasion I've arrived at about 6:20 and they have not even started the order. The first time, okay… I can live with that. The second time, shame on them.
