XenGo Fusion Kitchen & Sushi stands out as a premier destination for sushi lovers and fusion cuisine aficionados alike, offering an exceptional dining experience that consistently impresses on every front. From the moment you step inside, it’s clear that XenGo prioritizes quality, creativity, and customer satisfaction, making it one of the best spots in town for those craving fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully crafted dishes.
First and foremost, the quality of the sushi at XenGo is remarkable. The fish is impeccably fresh—each slice tender, vibrant, and bursting with natural flavor. The chefs demonstrate mastery in the art of sushi preparation, balancing delicate textures and bold flavors flawlessly. The rice is perfectly cooked and seasoned, providing the ideal foundation for the fish and other ingredients. Whether it’s a simple nigiri or an elaborate specialty roll, every bite at XenGo delivers freshness and a harmonious blend of flavors that sushi purists and newcomers can equally appreciate.
What truly elevates XenGo is its innovative fusion menu, which broadens the dining experience beyond traditional sushi. The fusion dishes are a testament to the kitchen’s creativity and culinary expertise. For example, their Korean BBQ tacos combine tender marinated meat with a fresh, tangy slaw inside a soft tortilla—an inspired fusion that marries two distinct cuisines beautifully. The Thai-inspired dishes incorporate authentic spices and fresh herbs that add vibrant and exciting flavors without overwhelming the palate. This bold but thoughtful approach to fusion dining makes XenGo a standout for diners seeking something beyond the usual sushi fare.
The overall dining experience is enhanced by the restaurant’s ambiance and impeccable service. The interior is stylish yet inviting, creating a comfortable atmosphere for everything from casual meet-ups to special occasions. The staff are knowledgeable and genuinely friendly, providing helpful recommendations and attentive service without being intrusive. This level of care contributes to a relaxed and enjoyable meal from start to finish.
Moreover, the presentation of each dish at XenGo is impressive, showing clear attention to detail. Plates are arranged with an artistic flair that heightens anticipation and makes the dining experience feel special. It’s evident that the chefs care deeply about aesthetics as much as taste.
If any minor critique can be offered, it might be that the dessert selection, while tasty, could be expanded to complement the rich flavors of the main courses more fully. However, this is a small drawback in an otherwise outstanding menu.
In conclusion, XenGo Fusion Kitchen & Sushi excels as a culinary gem that offers top-tier sushi and fusion dishes with unmatched freshness, creativity, and care. Its commitment to quality and innovation, paired with an inviting atmosphere and excellent service, makes it a must-visit for anyone serious about great food. Dining at XenGo is more than just a meal—it’s a delightful experience that leaves a...
Read moreI was part of a large party (about 20 people), and they were great about proving us a space where we could have a little privacy. The servers were nice, and worked hard to take care of us.
The issues I had were that the room we were in was kept very cold. I was actively shivering (I was in long sleeves and a dress with tights), and asked the server twice to turn up the air, but they never did. I understand that servers rarely have any control over the thermostat, and have to rely on their managers. But, if they weren't willing to change the temperature, I wish they would have just told me.
I order several items, including two entrees and a special sushi roll. I was given the wrong sushi roll, but it was close. My hibachi combo was cold, and the miso soup I was supposed to get, got set on the empty table behind me (I didn't see it until we got up to leave). The Pad Thai I ordered was inedible. On top of being cold, the only flavor it had cane from the eggs, which somehow tasted overcooked and soggy (I think they were powdered eggs?). I had to give it back to the server, and I hate having to do stuff like that.
I don't blame the servers, I think they were the only two working for the whole restaurant, and I think the hibachi would have been goid if it hadn't been cold, but I probably won't be coming back. The potential for a good experience is there, and I really wanted to like it, but it just missed too many...

I have been trying my best to support local restaurants during this pandemic. I ordered 3 separate rolls, and specifically asked for them to be boxed seperately. Because, I know they WILL try to put them together to save a miniscule amount of money on Wasabi and ginger. Not only did they ignore that request, they obviously did what I was afraid of, gave me 1 pinch of ginger and even less wasabi for three rolls!! This is a restaurant that I will purposely go out of my way and tell people not to go. If you're that cheap, you shouldn't even have a restaurant to speak of. I called, and they actually said they didn't have a manager I could speak with, but it's actually REQUIRED to have a manager on site at all times while they are open. So, they lie, they scam you out of food because they know it's a pickup, and just lousy food all together. Do yourself a favor, and go somewhere else. Fuji Hana, Ege Sushi, or I would even put Publix or Kroger sushi over this miserable establishment. XenGo doesn't deserve to have that space as a restaurant. Just...
