Both times staff was incredibly rude- tonight there were at least 5 people working (3 behind counter and 2 in the racks) and no one acknowledged me when I walked in or during any of the 15 minutes I spent in store. I actually spent the first 5 minutes wandering around like an idiot looking for what I needed cause no sections are labeled, and still no one asked if I needed help or acknowledged I was even in the store. The first time I visited I went to try something on and the attendant acted like I shot her dog it seemed like such an inconvenience⌠almost want to bring my stuff here to sell so these kids have something to do but I doubt theyâd put an ounce of thought into the task and send me home with $2 for eight items lol. Definitely not impressed with the clothing selection (would be helpful if your staff actually organized items by size) and even less impressed with the customer service here. Do better.

We recently contacted several Uptown Cheapskate locations (Kennesaw, Austell, Marietta, and Roswell) to confirm when we could come in to sell our items. Based on the information we received over the phone, we chose the Roswell location because we were told they accepted sellers until 6:30 PM.
However, upon arriving at 6:05 PM, we were informed by a team member that the cutoff was actually 5:30 PM. We mentioned that we had called ahead and were given a different time, even referencing the time of our call, but were told we were likely misinformed.
We were offered the option to drop off our items - which included new-with-tags athletic wear, dresses, and designer purses - but were told it could take up to 24 hours for a response, and that if they made an offer, we would not be allowed to take back any of the items they chose to purchase, regardless of the price offered.
