Went into store to buy some brownies. I asked the guy’s name for corporate purpose. The guy April gets upset because Ann had a great conversation with me in the store & offered me a 10% discount. I requested that the lipstick be on a separate receipt because Ann stated it’s better that way for warranty purposes. He (April) questioned me about it. I said I thought I had that choice being the consumer. All this after he rings me up knowing Starship have no refunds. I tells Ann I don’t have to buy this stuff. I did because I want to not because I need to. April with the teal hair says as I was walking out, get the hell out the store before he calls the police for me trespassing. I turned around and said you will not speak to me in that manner. I can’t be trespassing walking out the door. Ann tells him to take a break and he leaves the register. He needs not to have contact with customers. I would like a full refund and spend money and time elsewhere . On top of all thos their product that was paid for does not even work. I have put in new batteries twice. Refund me please for this...

I’ve been to this location twice. The first time was to purchase a few gifts for a friend; they were faulty. I was told to contact the company of the item.

I went to Starship on Holcombe Bridge today and purchased a water pipe that I’m gifting to someone and honestly didn’t know which one to get. Felix and Dot helped me out, didn’t try to upsale me on the most expensive one which is always nice, answered all my questions, and had the most professional and friendly attitudes.
