Karachi Broast & Grill — Restaurant in Roswell

I would give them zero stars for the complete disregard of serving us in a timely manner. We walked in at 1pm and got our food at 1.45pm. We were the only customers in the whole place, two moms with two children, one of them with special needs. The person taking the orders at the counter, instead of taking our order she made us sit and kept delaying taking our order because of the phone orders and delivery pick up they kept sending out. Our kids got increasingly impatient and hungry. Instead of acknowledging us and hurrying up our food, the host just kept telling us "just a minute". After 45 min of complete disregard, I was at the counter asking for a refund so we can leave. Then, the chef placed the food on the delivery robot that brought it to our table as we were trying to leave. I let them both know how rude, disrespectful, humiliating and excruciating the whole ordeal was, when we were just trying to grab a bite with two hungry kids, one with special needs. The chef's answer: "Do you think I come here to play all day?" and later he came back to our table and showed me the food order clocked in at 1:18pm therefore it's only 30 min wait to get our food not 45m. How ignorant can they both be to see two moms with two children struggling and keep us waiting while kids hungry and trying to keep them occupied while waiting. The fact that you brought us free chicken tenders at the end of the meal doesn't matter. You should have done that before, when you knew you were swamped sending out numerous door dash and phone order. Don"t do this to families with children. Let them know what else to order if we have to wait 45 min for fried...

They've made some nice interior upgrades over the past few weeks. The food is still great!

We've been exploring other items on the menu and still enjoy it very much. Lately, we've been pleased with the tandoori chicken kabobs. I just wish it came with a heavier side dish too.

I mentioned it was my first time to whom I believe was the owner. He happily explained many of the items. It's great to have some "different" food in the area. The seasoning gives the food a new, ...

This is a different review but one worth mentioning. Back in May I was at an eatery picking up an order. A young man came in asking for work in exchange for some food. They did not entertain his request. I left that restaurant and headed to Karachi Grill next to pick up more food. While on location, as I was ordering, the same young man from before walked in asking if there were any errands he could do in exchange for a meal. I just wanted to pay for his meal along with my order but before I could do that the owner of the place —Mr. Arman Anwar I believe is his name, said there was no work that he could offer but most graciously offered this young man a meal and even asked him if he would like to get a beverage to go with it. I was touched by how composed and compassionate he was toward this youth and took care of his food insecurity so graciously with kindness. We need more individuals like this during these trying times. Charity is what you do when no one is looking! May this selfless man -Mr Arman be rewarded with many blessings...
