Richie Morgan is a wonderful sales person/designer! My husband and I did an outdoor addition on our home and were in need of furniture. The choices can be overwhelming but Richie guided us through the whole process. He showed us around the store to get an idea of our taste and what we liked. He then personally came out to our house to see the space and take measurements. Afterwards he came up with a floorplan for placement of furniture and several different options in furniture for us to choose from and helped us pick out the perfect fabric for each piece. The process was fun and exciting! When the furniture came in he then came back to the house to make sure each piece was placed correctly. He is great to work with and his customer service is on point! We enjoyed our experience so much with Richie that we are now using his services for some indoor pieces. Only able to pick after 4 Thursdays of phone calls ( March) to see if on their truck for the week. NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTERED. When picking up cushions, after loading into our truck RUDE asst manager( Casie) cut our 5 minute conservation short . Read moreIt took a year to get a table replaced that was delivered in unsuitable shape. It took a long time for the store manager to resolve the situation and their regional manager offered no help. So for a year, I suffered thru multiple deliveries with damaged replacement product. Each time, it was me the customer that had to ask for help. Their delivery service damaged atleast one table top in the process too. For the money that they charge for a piece of Gabby furniture, they should be ashamed it took a year to replace. No apologies. No concessions as promised. Just a terrible experience. You might as well shop at the clearance center, atleast you won’t pay full retail when your item arrives damaged.
