TL-DR - stay away.
Very, very, very bad service. We have this colloquial saying - don't go to any restaurant where the waiters are chasing flies. Basically being idle because they have no customers. I should have listened!
We walked in and just 3 tables were full. The waitresses were least bothered to even ask us to sit at a table. When we sat, a waitress - Az walked up to us and asked us what we wanted without even a smile on her face. We made a mistake - ordered the food first.
When we asked for a beer, after 5 mins, we were told it wasn't there. We were offered an IPA. I don't want an IPA! Finally the bartender offered us some canned beer. Granted, it was pretty good. The Drafty Kilt by Monday Night Brewing. We asked for refills and they no longer have that beer. Not even cans!
Did I tell you that our waitress - Az didn't even bother bringing us plates? When we asked, she made a face and brought us a couple of dirty plates. Had to ask her for clean plates! And we had to beg for cutlery - and this really irritated me - she just picked unopened cutlery from a table from where people just left and gave it to us! I mean, at least make a show of giving us clean cutlery. Act like you care!
No water at our table. Had to ask her to get water. She didn't even bother asking if we wanted ice in it or not.
The wings and shrimp was ok. Nothing great. We're working on our food and asked for another beer. Another 5 mins and we're told they don't have that beer. Standard excuse again - we're changing our Beer list and so don't stock most of the beers. Heck, you guys don't stock ANY of the beers! And the manager - I think - came and gave us the same excuse too. When I again told him I don't want an IPA, he didn't seem interested. He goes away, tells the waitresses loudly - we have an ale, that is not an IPA. I mean, you basically thought we're some dumbos who just walked in eh?
Worst was that Az or any of the other waitresses weren't bothered about service. They just were all sat at the bar, away from space where they can make eye contact with us.
To the owner of this establishment - it looks like the people working here are just not bothered about your...
Read moreI just left the Roswell, GA location due to dissatisfaction with a staff member.
Upon arrival, the hostess hopped up from socializing with her male friends (like we didn’t see it) knowing we literally saw them through the window as we were walking to the door, acting like we interrupted something that was “way more” important than her job.
She said they didn’t have any cooks and would open around 5:00 (they were suppose to open at 4:00) for Christmas Dinner. I looked at the time and told her it was 4:56 which was only 4-minutes. She replied with infliction, “There’s no cooks!”
So I asked what we were suppose to do since it was only 4-minutes. Her exact response was, “You can either wait or go somewhere else.” while rolling her eyes and shrugging her shoulders with an attitude. This exact action is what triggered my irritation; I was being nice, while she caught an attitude.
After that, she walked off and said a cook came in. Then she told us to take a seat “wherever” and rushed back to her male friends. As a customer, that interaction was extremely unprofessional and uncalled for. However, I did express my frustration to my family (who was with me) verbally at the time she walked off.
My relatives chose a booth not too far from the hostess and her friends. Once we sat down, she yelled over to her co-worker, “Brooke, you have a table.” with an attitude. While we waited, I overheard the hostess say, “Maybe we shouldn’t be so entitled.” Which was most likely in response to what I said when she walked off and her male friends heard me.
In the end, we all felt extremely uncomfortable and decided to leave. Expecting basic customer service does not make one “entitled”, it’s what should be given by those who chose to work in customer-facing industries. It also isn’t a good look for the HOA, Hooter’s, & Hoots brand.

Read moreI’ve come in here, many times in the past. I’ve always loved The service and the food,. These last few years noticed that they’ve had a lot of changes with the Employees and managers. A few years ago. The service was great. The managers were real nice polite and very well customer service. Today, I placed an order online. The time said it would be ready around 608. I showed up around 615 and they told me my order wasn’t ready, so I sat around. Waiting for a while and got tired of waiting and asked about my order again. The manager there was very rude and said my order was not in the system and I would have to wait for the kitchen to get my order. I asked how long it would be for the kitchen to get my order, and he said he did not know. after asking him how to get my money back and trying to figure it out. Since I ordered online. I was trying to see how to get my money back since I ordered mine, and he told me to just go back online and cancel my order which I did. Then I came back in, trying to get the store number and his name, which he did not want to give me , Gave me my food and told me to get out. At that point, I just put the food down and told him I want my money back and I wasn’t even worried about the food anymore. I had already canceled it anyways, so I just left it.I’m very disappointed with this new management and service That they have at this Hooters 795 Holcomb bridge rd Roswell ga. I will not be coming back to this hooters. It’s just not worth the spending my money here. Very poor Customer service. And it could’ve been an easy fix, but the manager chose to complicate it be...
