Do business elsewhere. I do not recommend this UPS location to anyone. They screen phone calls. I called using one number to be relayed to voicemail. Called with a different number only for them to answer. Have only called this location two times before concerning refusing UPS fraud shipments which they couldn’t help me with. They lack customer service skills and rude over the phone.
Furthermore, Do not ship here. Went to the store to make several returns all at one time. I’m in the store and they refused to mail a package. They refused to have the label emailed from the Amazon app from my phone to their store email that would allow the store clerk to print it off to ship my item. I will never do business with this location again and highly do not recommend this location to anyone who wants to use this UPS store location. Any other UPS store accepts and has accepted emailed labels while in their store; this store refuses to accept an email shipping label. They receive Amazon shipments every day and scan Amazon QR Codes daily that require no label. All they had to do was accept an Amazon emailed shipping label, print it, and then I would have purchased a packaging container to ship the item in which would have been more money in their pockets.
Their refusing to provide in store services to me caused me more issues. Afterwards I had to drive an additional twenty minutes southwest across town to another UPS store to ship my item when they could have help me ship on the spot while in the store. It blows my mind how they refused in store customers. I will NEVER step foot in this store again.

Read moreEvery time I come in here, whoever is working is just completely helpful and on top of their game. I'm used to Amazon returns where you just show your phone, and they scan a QR code and do everything else. Today I walked in with a return that required: a return authorization to be placed inside the box, a separate printout of a label to be affixed to the top, and a separate copy kept for verification.
That said, I probably spent no more time than I normally do in here with a regular Amazon return. They immediately set me up with a computer to access my ordering account and to print out my labels...and basically did everything else for me. All I had to do was reach out my hand for them to give me the receipt.
I completely appreciate this location, I'll actually go out of my way to come here even if I'm closer to another UPS because I know from the moment I walk in I will be valued as a customer... and they will prioritize my needs.
Bravo. Absolutely bravo!
Side note: while I was in there today a customer had walked in with what seemed like a couple separate returns. They were asking her simple questions as they normally do, and she was pretty rude in her responses. They did not even skip a beat, they did not return the rudeness, or even become frazzled by any means. They simply re-explained what they needed from her and why they needed it. When I came to pick up my docs the guy at the desk said there were no notes on my order about lamination. I showed him my receipt, the only proof I have, and he basically said the best he can do is charge me $2 + 20 minutes of my time waiting to laminate them which is a deal. The only information on the receipt/invoice is my general info, the UPS location and the item names. It really should every detail of the order including lamination, b&w or color, size, etc so these issues don’t happen. My receipt said $15.17 was my total. On what planet would four pieces of 8x11 standard paper cost that much to print. Of course I had additional services I’d purchased. The guy at the desk was helpful enough (wish I’d gotten his name because he was super friendly) and it’s not his fault but I just paid $17 to laminate these work docs and it’s so aggravating! I just bought a lamination machine for thirty bucks on Amazon. Worth it to not deal with this...
