2 weeks ago was the last and final time me and my family will be eating here. I always get extra corn, lettuce etc and the workers, seemed like new ones were not refilling the food trays, giving a less than half of normal servings when I am asking for double and willing to be charged more, they were carrying me and my fiancés food around to add more meat instead of filling the tray back up, not to mention it was 2 hours before closing with a dozen customers behind us. There food is always cold now and my lettuce was browning, I support my local restaurants and I understand sometimes we are all having a bad day but my food has been so disappointing we have ended up throwing out our food several times in the past 2 months. Me nor my family has any interest in coming back here and it's disappointing when this is one of our favorite places to grab a quick bite but also looking at the reviews from the past few weeks, this place is loosing alot of business. I think the manager really needs to see how these employees are running the place and taking care of your customers. Slow service, they will always prioritize their side tasks/closing with you standing directly in front of their face, and allow a huge line to build up before they will take your order a majority of the time. Normally I will excuse it because it’s a bit of a drive to go to the next chipotle. They’re open til 11 but will only take online orders after 10 or so. We made an online order tonight at around 10:20, said it would be ready by 10:50. Get there, locked doors, and they meet us at the door saying they didn’t have any online orders. We showed her our confirmation email with the time, and she told us they’ve already thrown everything out so they couldn’t make it anyways. If you’re open until 11, it’s to be expected you can at least be able to make food until 11, not you clocking out and leaving the building at 10:58. Told us we had to figure out how to get the refund online because ‘we’re closed’ at 10:50. This location is also just incredibly inconsistent in portioning, and will always prioritize whatever else besides the guest in front of them. The last 4 times of me ordering at this location in a span of year, I have waited to write a review or say anything, because I wanted to give them chances. It keeps getting worse, every time I do a mobile order, they mess it up or forget ingredients. Tonight, the card machine was down and it was “cash only”, so I stood in the restaurant and did a mobile order for pick up. I only wanted 5 things on my order; rice, meat, beans, cheese and lettuce. Every single time they forget the cheese, and they did it again tonight while I was standing there. The staff was extremely rude to everyone who walked in, myself and two other customers stood by the counter and waited, one was waiting to place an order with cash, and three employees walked by us without acknowledgment or asking if we needed help. The one gentleman had to start “singing” to get the girl’s attention and she finally asked if he wanted to order… Very disappointing to deal with when you spend almost $30 on two orders worth of food! If Chipotle pays $13 an hour to work there, the employees themselves would have to work over 2 hours to afford paying for the terrible food and service that I just spent my hard...
