December 2020: If I could give a zero star, I would. Again, another less than stellar performance at this Little Caesar's. The website says approximately 14min from the time you put your online order in to pick it up at the store. A cheese pizza, a pepperoni pizza, and crazy bread... simple, right? I arrived about 20min after the order completion. I went in, and waited to see my name on the pizza portal. After about 15min in the store I was asked my name for my order. He went in back to check, and said they just put them in and it'd be about 5min. I continued to wait as other people picked up their orders. 50min after my online order was completed I finally told them to cancel my order and walked out. I waited 35min longer than was the approximate wait, and still had no food.
While in there, I also noticed a total lack of social distancing, or encouragement from staff to do so, and no regulation on the number of people in the store. In addition, I noticed a gentleman come in looking to get an order for a delivery service. The order wasn't there, because apparently it was called in, though no one in the store was answering the phone, and there were multiple people in the store complaining that they tried to call in and got no where. The delivery guy was asking about how the order could get put in, and the manager wouldn't take an order, and only gave him the option to wait until closing time and see if there were extra pizzas. He kept asking to get this delivery order taken care of, and the manager just turned around and walked in the back, completely ignoring the guy. Totally unacceptable.
Original post from November 2020: An order was put in for a pepperoni pizza, crazy bread, and wings. I was told it would be 25-30min. I never got a confirmation email that my order was ready, it was never placed in the grab-and-go slots for pick up as requested, so over an hour later I am still standing outside waiting for my order. I finally walk in and ask about the order, and the person at the counter looks in the warmers behind her and grabs the stuff I ordered, set them on the counter, and says "here you go". No apology for the long wait or that they had forgotten to put them in the contactless delivery slot....
Read more(I would have given 0 stars but doesn't give u that option)...I am completely insulted and just taken aback by the lack of knowledge this little ceasers employee Jodi seemed to have. To start off I called to inquire about an item I had seen on their website and this employee answered in the most unprofessional way and didn't even know where she was. After she had murdered the call greeting had proceeded to then give me attitude and made it seem as though she was insulting my intelligence by speaking to me like a child for not understanding what I wanted to order. I verbatim read what was on there "corporate" menu which is why I decided to make little ceasers my choice of pizza to order. Needless to say I chose to not order from here after speaking to Jodi and her lack of customer service skills. Again I can understand if maybe she was new to the organization and didn't know what was even on there menu..but coming from someone who has experience in running a business I would highly suggest training your employees with updated menu changes and to MOST IMPORTANTLY teach and train them the proper customer service etiquette on answering phones and inquiries about the menu or anything business related that may need to be answered and to find employees willing to go out of their way to find out the answer if they don't know, rather then finding the need to berate the customer and give them attitude for something they as little ceasers employees should know. Presentation is everything and when you have an incompetent employee or one that apparently hates there job and is taking it out on the customer's.. your reputation goes down the drain if this kind of behavior is continued to be tolerated, I hope corporate makes it a point to visit this shop regularly to ensure they are abiding by corporate standards as it seems this one has lost it's tenacity for wanting to be successful and making the customers happy. I mean they only really spend so much time between taking orders and checking out customers or answering phone orders so I dont think its too much to ask to have a little professionalism and customer service skills for that short time frame when dealing...
Read moreWent last night, used the online portal to order and was told my order would be ready in 30 minutes. Arrived 30 min later, the entryway was full of people, was told they're out of sausage and I would have to wait an additional 30 minutes. Waited an additional 30 minutes, 1 hour total now, got back in line, was told I'd have to wait an additional hour or I could cancel the order. I told the cashier it's ridiculous to wait for 2 hours for something that is stated to be ready in 30 minutes and asked if they could throw in some free wings or compensate me for my time somehow. She argued with me about how it was beyond their control and they wouldn't be giving anything free away, and got a little more confrontational. Order finally was ready about 1 hour and 45 minutes late. Not so much as a "we're sorry" or anything. I get it was a busy night, but don't tell customers to be there in 30 minutes for a completed order, and then take nearly 4 times the length of time. If I was told a 2 hour wait initially, I wouldn't have liked it, but I wouldn't have had to stand around for 90 minutes and hear everyone in the lobby that was just as aggravated about you guys running out of sausage because someone messed up on ordering inventory day or hearing from several people about their extended wait times and how they've been in and out of the store 6 times. All that extra aggravation isn't needed. You could have offered a free 2-liter or a few dollars off to help make people feel like they were getting a little something for all there wasted time - that's how good business is done! This was a...
