i have purchased most of my cigars online, so i was looking to give my business to a local shop, first visit here was fine, on my 2nd visit cigars were marked a different price than what i payed for in the counter, my only resolution was a refund, i should have checked what i was paying before i swiped my card, however the fact that the cigars were priced differently i believe i should have been given other alternatives other than a refund. i went ahead and purchased my cigars but this did not leave a good taste. i hesitated to give a less than 5 star review because it looked like...

After driving by this place a couple of times, I finally decided to walk in and have a cigar. The selection of products they have is amazing. Also, I would like to add this place is incredibly welcoming, I decided to join a couple of gentlemen that were enjoying a stick; complete strangers to me. Nonetheless, I walked out with new friends. This is a place where amazing conversations start, and you never want them to end. Thanks Tracey, Jonathan, Stan and David. Awesome...

If I can give this place negative 5 stars I would! Customer service was not like I expected and/ or previously had. The guy working the lounge had no idea about any of the cigars in the humidor and to top it off, was rushing me to buy the cigars so he can finish talking to his friends that were there. This place used to be my favorite lounge with many of the cigars I smoke, but now it has become just another place I would avoid...
