Bloomhouse Flowers & Coffee — Local services in Rowlett

This was my first time ordering flowers from Bloomhouse and I will definitely be using them in the future! I ordered a birthday arrangement, allowing them to pick the flowers and make the arrangement.

The delivery was excellent. I had called to check the status of the delivery and was told that my recipient wasn’t home when they attempted to deliver them. Rather than leaving the flowers outside (which apparently was very windy that day), they opted to attempt delivery again after coordinating with my recipient on when they would be home. I can tell they really care about the arrangements and want to make sure that they are delivered in pristine condition.

The arrangement itself was beautiful! The flowers were fresh, fragrant, and arranged beautifully. They definitely brought a lot of joy to my recipient. Would highly recommend Bloomhouse for any floral...

Absolutely love this florist. Just had to switch from a long time florist that I’ve used for years and have not been satisfied with different businesses I’ve tried. We received a plant from Bloomhouse after a death in the family, and was very impressed with the quality and presentation of it when it was delivered to our home. I saved their contact information to use for my upcoming anniversary. My wife received her flowers at the school she teaches at today before lunch, which I was very happy about, so she can enjoy them the whole day. This is the second time I buy from this place and the CUSTOMER service is beyond amazing!! Today I sent flowers for my granddaughter that is turning 1 years old. The patience and communication of Samantha is truly unreal for customer service in this days. She always makes sure that she delivers what it is in my mind & heart in a bouquet of flowers!! My best friend in Brazil also used this place once and was so happy that Samatha did exactly what she wanted . Specially when you are in another Country .
