So I stopped buy this location to get some information about upgrading my phone, because I had called over the phone and spoke to there representatives and she gave me a good price I just wanted to make sure it was true... well I have been a customer with t mobile for about 2 plus years now and I Never had any problem with them. So I go inside, and I'm asking for pricing and the man because I can't say gentleman that helped me was extremely rude, throwing so much numbers at me so I ask him nicely can you write all this down please so I can show it to my husband so we can decide together if we should do it or not, I'm guessing he thought I was just searching for pricings and taking it to other companies he told me, "why do I need to write it, what's there to write down it's simple?!" Yes sir it maybe simple for you, since you have worked there for X amount of years but for someone that doesn't know needs things written down. Also Since the pricing that they gave me over the phone was completely different from the price he gave me I wanted to make sure I wasent missing anything so I simply wanted it written down. Well he answered me In such a rude manner. I left the store super upset! I'm never visiting this store again. Great customer service is what I look for when I enter a place and that's the last thing I received.
Oh and since he was so rude I wasent able to get his name but I know that he is skinny and bald! So who ever you are sir, congradulations on making a pregnant woman extremely upset to the point were she has to rant and give y'all a horrible review! I would give you guys no stars if possible! To bad google is merciful and likes to be nice and we have to add atleast one star.
Anywho I was able to call the t mobile representative again and not only did I complain but I also got pricings again with them over the phone, and well they took care of me. So atleast...
Read moreTo be clear….the wait was not the issue. The way Tia treated me was. I went to this location to purchase 2 new iphones and set up wifi in my house. They did not have both iphones so one had to be ordered and I had to take it back to the store once delivered with my old phone to switch them out. I got there on new years day at 10:55AM. I checked the signage which alerted that they would be opening at 11AM. No problem. 11:30AM and still no one is there and multiple people have pulled into the parking lot and left due to the closure. I called 2 other locations to verify they would be opening and was informed that they should have been there and that most stores have the employees there an hour early to prep for opening. Around 11:40AM, 2 employees walked up and unlocked the door. I remained in my vehicle to give them time to get settled and fully opened. Then I noticed people were walking into the store so I exited my vehicle and the gentleman employee held the door open for me and motioned to go in. A female employee (I later learned was named Tia) put her hand up at me and said that they opened in 20 minutes. I told her that the signage said 11AM. She rolled her eyes and stated again that they dont open for another 20 mintues and that I could come back in 20 minutes (meanwhile they had let others inside). The gentleman began apologzing. Tia rolled her eyes at me and flippantly walked away while I was speaking to her. I told the gentleman I understood it was New Years Day and that I was not even upset at the lateness, but for the female to tell me to come back in 20 minutes and not even apologize for HER lateness while trying to make me feel like I was in the wrong was NOT ok. I went to the Firewheel location and got...
Read moreI wish I could rate lower, but a 1 it is. Richard Canady was the most condescending, arrogant, and rude employee I've dealt with in quiet a while. I couldn't be more unhappy about our experience here.
We bought 4 phones, 4 cases, 4 chargers and got home to learn that all our numbers were assigned wrong and my phone did not "PORT"...a term that Richard loves to use to make you feel ignorant. I could not use my phone at all so we returned to the store for assistance. Each time we returned Richard called someone on the landline and used terms that I am unfamiliar with. Each time he assured me my phone was working. Each time something else was wrong (no internet, wrong phone number, etc).
After 4 trips...YES 4 TRIPS...from the house back to the store and 10 hours...YES 10 HOURS...we had functioning phones. In fact, on one of said trips Richard actually dropped my brand new phone on the table 3 times from eye level to demonstrate that the Otterbox cases we bought are sturdy! Who does that? I even asked to be released from the newly signed agreement (2 hours old) and I was threatened with a "restocking fee of $75 per device." T-Mobile has to be better! This experience has been a nightmare! I wish I never walked into T-Mobile at all!
I read other reviews here and it appears this is not the norm for this location. However, what we experienced was totally...
