Tried to make a return for a gift. The price tag was broken because it was a gift. They told us the original price was 56 but we could only get 20 back, which we were at first confused since we didnât know how much my grandma spent on it and with previous experience with working at a TJMaxx we were used to returning the original price. However the manager kindly explained her reasoning and we agreed to the 20 The issue was when we went back on the sales floor and the associate LUCIA P. was rudely talking about us flat out on the floor with another associate. We have a video showing her RUDE demeanor, body language, and tone. When she saw us she rudely turned around pointed her finger at my motherâs face and rudely said âthatâs her! Thats the lady! You cant do that you just cant do thatâ. When we told her we would talk to her manager she rudely put her hands on her hips and said âokay okayâ and kept being extremely rude. We are not satisfied AT ALL, Lucia ruined the experience. We left without buying anything and we will never go again. We are also calling corporate to file a formal complaint about her customer service and floor etiquette that completely go against company policy. I would not recommend, when we spoke to the manager she called in another two associates to keep complaining about us. She was extremely rude.    Read moreHonestly I wont be back there. For some reason the employees have been so rude and annoyed the past two days Iâve been there. Iâm going on a trip and needed some things for travel but also needed to return a few things before I left The country. I didnt know we were allowed to return items back from T.J.Maxx at the store so I went back grab the items from the car and made the line again to return. The second time on the register the employees were all arguing because they didnât know if they would return or not. The supervisor came out and said it was fine. Then the cashier that was processing my return started freaking out about how to make a ticket from the other store. Another acting supervisor then told her she was not allowed to make the return. The cashier then blames me and told me she will be reprimanded because she processed the first return. So I was sent to T.J.Maxx at Flanders to return. I asked what the policy was and they informed me they were allowed to take online and store return from corresponding stores. The next day I came back with my aunt because she wanted the shoes she saw the night before. The employee argued with my aunt about a 10% employee discount which she is. I browsed at the store on Sunday and Tuesday, but I didnât spend more than 10 minutes there. The bathroom was disgusting, which was the first red flag. The employees looked unhappy, and were definitely not eager to greet or ask me if I needed help finding anything around the store.
