Stopped in for the first time and was easily able to locate multiple items I wish to purchase. Upon getting to the register there was one cashier working with a woman with a full cart. The two were engaged in conversation as if they knew each other well. I had one woman in front of me and four people behind me. After standing for about 7 or 8 minutes. I asked the cashier if she could call someone else up to the front. She looked very annoyed and as I started to walk out of the store and leave my items behind, she quickly used her little microphone and called someone to come up front. A supervisor came to the front of the store. Spoke briefly with the one cashier that was present and working and said I can't help them and sauntered away. I stopped her and asked her if she couldn't ring up some people. She simply said no and continued walking. Close to $200 in items left on the counter because Kezia was not willing to work and I had no time to wait. I called the store a few minutes later to confirm her name. I asked the woman who picked up the phone. If she could tell me who the store supervisor was, she refused and instead put a woman on the line who identified herself as Kezia. I briefly discussed the matter with her and she simply didn't care. When I said that I was going to contact corporate and leave a bad review. She laughed said. "God bless" and hung up. I make every attempt to shop locally rather than use Amazon. Attitudes like this drive people away from stores. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS STORE. THEY SERIOUSLY NEED A SECRET SHOPPER TO GO IN AND OBSERVE WHAT'S GOING ON IN THERE IF THEY HAVE ANY SENSE AT ALL KEZIA WILL GO AWAY AS SHE HAS NO...
Read moreDid a lot of Christmas shopping. Had a great experience, until the end. I was trying to leave the store when the manager approached me and told me the carts weren't allowed out of the store. The wheels lock if you try to push them out the door. She then proceeded to bring in some carts that where in the breezeway, and walked away. I had made a rather large purchase and didn't know how I was going to get it all to me car. She didn't offer help of any kind. I've observed this particular woman in the past and noticed that she lacks customer service skills. Luckily, last night a lovely young man offered to help me carry my packages to my car. However, I am on the fence as to whether I will continue to shop here. I shop here quite often since it's opening and rarely walk out empty handed. Well organized, clean, well stocked, a little bit of everything and awesome prices! I cannot step into this store without making a purchase. I would give a 5-star rating if it wasn't for checkout.
